I have been a pill taker as long as I can remember. I used to take whole bunch of different supplements including vitamin c, b, iron, calcium, magnesium, alpha lipoic acid and so on. But I had to totally renew my supplement collection when I got pregnant, and found this product. Rainbow Light had all the things that I wanted to take and I didn’t have to research on my own what would be okay and what would be harmful to the pregnant body. It was a plus that I only had to take 1 pill per day.I gave birth to my baby several months ago and still keep taking this supplement. It still works wonderful. Nice hair, nice skin, high energy, works for mood swing, PMS and joint pain as well – it just has all the stuff that is needed for 35+ women’s body.

Great product
Took these at night because of all the morning sickness but then I was able to keep them down. I noticed if I tried taking different ones I started to feel weak and Iâll so I stayed with these ones throughout my pregnancy. Had a healthy baby girl.

Has correct amount of folic acid
Hi, just wanted to say I received the vitamin, and it has the correct, 800mg of folic acid. It is a 1 pill a day vitamin. I took off one star bc In my opinion it has a ridiculous amount of other b vitamins, and it’s clearly coming out when I pee. And/but otherwise I’m happy and it’s a good vitamin.

Just wish someone could keep it in stock! It has helped me tremendously to switch to this vitamin. The constipation has eased and while I have to take this three times a day, I can tell a big difference between these and the mass produced vitamins from walmart.

If you value your bowels, do not buy
I switched to this prenatal shortly after 35 as I was “advanced maternal age”, and the thought of only taking one tablet seemed appealing. Around the same time, I thought I had come down with a tummy bug. But no one else I knew had it, and it just wasn’t going away after weeks and weeks. I finally decided to stop taking this for a few days, and my symptoms immediately cleared up. Like, I went from having diarrhea every day to living life again. Imagine thinking you suddenly developed Chron’s disease to realizing it was just your multivitamin! Do not take this if you wish to have solid poops! I called the company and filed a case and I am supposedly getting a refund.
