My choice
I’ve tried several brands for prenatals but this is my favorite. No weird fishy aftertaste. I like that it has some probiotics and each bottle is actually a 45 day supply. I felt like it helped with my hair and nails after pregnancy. This is the brand o reccomend to others. Great value for the price.

Too much B6 for long term use
I donât like gummies and need an iron free prenatal so my options are limited. Thereâs a lot to like about these, but I still havenât found my âholy grailâ prenatal.Pros: contains folate instead of folic acid, easy to swallow, easy to digest, contains probiotics and is a complete formula in one capsule per dayCons: they smell bad- if I was in the thick of morning sickness I doubt I could tolerate the odor, and thereâs far too much B6 for safe long term use. If you are just taking them during pregnancy, itâd be fine and likely to help morning sickness (although if youâre taking diclegis or similar youâd want to let your provider know how much B6 is in this prenatal). If youâre like me, and take prenatals before, during and after pregnancy I would alternate this with another brand to avoid getting too much B6.
