After years of swearing to never take vitamins again i tried True Grace. let me say ITS A GRACE to find these! I have tried so many vitamins, every single one no matter brand, type, non-GMO or full GMO lol would literally have my stomach feeling so sick. I was a bit nervous about trying these, although others said it didn’t bother their stomach i thought well maybe one more time. I AM GLAD I DID!!! WOW!!! After a week i have more energy, less hot flashes at night, I am not at all sick to my stomach from taking them. I am so happy with this product. I finally found a great quality vitamin that won’t hurt my stomach and is a great value ! THANK YOU !!!

I’ve purchased these a few times, and had absolutely no problem. Just opened a new 90-ct refill, took them for about 4 days, the all of a sudden my RA flared up. I reviewed the ingredients again. I don’t recall shiitake mushroom being one of the ingredients, previously. I’m usually pretty careful about reviewing ingredients before purchasing supplements, because there are a few popular substances that my body just can’t tolerate, I e., Shiitake, soy, and cranberry. perhaps there’ve been no ingredient changes, and it’s just finally catching up with me. ð£ My daughter will be 39 yrs old next month. That’s close enough to “40+.” Hopefully she will take them off my hands. ðð¾ TG seems a very nutritional multi. I just can’t take it. The search is back on. ðµð¾ââï¸

Does not upset my stomach!
I used to not take multivitamins as they would tear up my stomach and ruin my day! I would cringe and actually get angry at anyone who would mention that I should take a multivitamin! Thats how bad it’s been, but not now! My daughter has the same problem too, until her Doctor told her to try “fermented vitamins”. Huh? Never heard of them before, but I tried one of her vitamins and true, I did not get sick. So I looked here on Amazon for a good fermented vitamin/ mineral and decided on this company to try a 30 day supply.( I wasnt going to buy a huge amount if they didn’t work). Well, I’ve been taking these everyday now for over 2 weeks, first thing in the morning on an EMPTY STOMACH, and no problems at all! I’m not kidding! I will buy a larger supply on my next order. Finally, after many years of no vitamin supplements, I’ve found one I can take! Besides, I already knew fermented foods are better for you, just didn’t know about fermented supplements. Great product for people extremely stomach sensitive to regular supplements.

Really big pills and I canât get past the strong vitamin smell. Big pills like this make me gag because I canât get them down fast enough. Iâm sure they are fine if you can swallow them.

A miracle
I debated over buying this vitamin for a long time. Over the last 20+ years I can’t count the number of multi’s I’ve tried. Even the gentlest of them bothered my stomach. I actually ordered this, then canceled, telling myself why bother, they never work out. Something told me to order again. I did. I’ve been taking daily for three weeks now. Not a single stomach issue. Typically by day 3, I know it’s not going to work for me. This is Miracle Number One.Miracle Number Two: as one reviewer mentioned, it’s a subtle change in how I feel. Actually, I don’t feel like I feel anything. One morning, I didn’t take it, and around 2pm I desperately felt like I needed a nap. Then it hit me that the last three weeks of taking this vitamin, I hadn’t had the afternoon slump I usually did. So, at 2pm I took it, on an empty stomach, and ZERO stomach issues, and my need for a nap dissipated in about 45 minutes. Like I said, it’s a very subtle shift. It’s not a burst of energy, it’s just a sudden realization that I no longer needed a nap.I will be using this multi for the rest of my days.
