Love this brand and this product. I was prescribed prenatals for postpartum which were becoming way too expensive. I have been using these for months and noticed far better results as to what my doctor prescribed. My nails were stronger, my hair and skin were healthier in comparison to my prescription postnatals. Great product, funky taste
I really like these, except for the taste. They taste very fishy which is rough for the couple seconds it takes me to swallow them. I do appreciate that they tried to make it better with the berry smell but it doesnât do much. Otherwise these helped getting through postpartum easier which is always a plus.

Best postnatal I’ve found as far as the nutritional composition. The berry fragrance is a nice touch, and smells yummy. I recommend supplementing calcium in addition to these for breastfeeding moms.

Unpleasant taste
I love that these are women-owned, prayed over (even though Iâm not religious), and are made with love. However, the taste is unpleasant for me. They smell and taste like algae, which I suppose is better than fish, but is hard for me to stomach. Itâs important to get those Omega 3âs though! For this reason, I donât take them as often as I probably should.
