Good
The flavor and texture of these are nice, in my opinion. I am not usually a fan of gummy vitamins, but I like these.

The taste is terrible
Awful, awful flavor. Thereâs a very strong Iron taste and I thought I could get through it but it lingers. The consistency is fine, sometimes a little chalky but the taste is unbearable. Other vitamins I have tried donât taste like this at all.

Really sweet and 45-day supply; iron aftertaste
I don’t know why I thought it was a good idea to switch to gummies for my prenatal vitamins. Like, these are fine, but you have to chew 2 a day, and they’re very sweet, which isn’t the best when your stomach isn’t your best friend. The bottle is a 45-day supply. I like that they have a good dose of vitamins in them, but personally I’d rather take a pill than eat a chunk o’ sugar. One note: I went down a rabbit hole trying to understand how readily absorbed the “ferric saccharate” iron they have listed is but wasn’t successful; that’s different terminology from the other vitamins I’ve used for years. The aftertaste of the gummies is that of liquid iron (metallic). Otherwise, they seem fine.

Plenty of iron and iodine, a bit low on choline
“Lifeable Postnatal Multivitamin with Iron, Choline and Iodine…” is a medium-sized bottle (~7 inches tall) that arrives nicely sealed inside the outer cap. It appears to be only 80% full, but I don’t doubt it has the 90 gummies, judging from the size of the individual gummies. The cap is a bit hard to open, you really have to press down on it hard for it to declench, then you can twist it off. Not a major problem unless the user has wrist problems. These multivitamins contain 3 minerals that are important to postpartum nutrition: choline, iron and iodine. With reference to % daily value for lactating women, as printed on the product label, the percentages are 10, 44 and 76 respectively. Iron and iodine are adequate, but choline is a bit lacking. This is mitigated by the presence of 360 mcg of folic acid, listed as 102% DV. In other regards, the gummies contain high DV percentages of vitamins A, C, D3, E, B6 and B12, as well as 100% of Niacin and Biotin, which make the product a potent multivitamin. The raspberry flavor of the gummies is good, not too sweet, not too sour, easy to chew. While you can probably find competing products covering better some of the above nutrients, for its price of $15.99 it represents a very good value.

Tastes like candy.
These taste way better than other postnatal gummies I tried. The gummy vitamins are easy to take. They truly help me feel more energetic at the post-partum stage. Importantly, the product is fresh and easy to chew. The berry flavor is pleasant. The vitamins include Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin D3, Vitamin E, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Folate, Vitamin B12, Biotin, Choline, Iron, Iodine, and Zinc. Only 2 gummies a day fill your body with all the needy vitamins. Now, I feel great and full of energy after taking these gummies. I would like to keep using this product.

Disgusting
Please do yourself a favor and do NOT order these. I can tolerate medicine pretty well but the taste and texture of these… I was dry heaving trying to chew them..They have almost the exact same nutritional values as normal prenatal vitamins as well.
