Better than the pills!
I had used the prenatal pills for my first two pregnancies. Learned about the difference between folic acid & folate, decided to do better in my third pregnancy & purchased this. Iâm so glad I did! First off let me say that I can feel the difference when I drink this in the morning, Iâll actually poop! ð«¢ð TMI but if you know you know the struggle. Pills had always made me super constipated & miserable in my first two pregnancies. I feel like my sleep schedule got better after taking these, along with my energy levels. The taste isnât the greatest, it isnât horrible either but I started mixing it with my orange juice or pineapple juice.. (orange, peach, mango was my favorite to mix) it tastes great & I forget Iâm even taking it. It leaves a tiny bit of graininess but with juice itâs not noticeable until you finish it & see the little residue. I would recommend this x100000 to any pregnant woman bc it really did so much for me. No gagging in the morning bc the gummies I tried were NASTY, no trouble swallowing pills & feeling that dryness in my throat. I much rather a little drink mix, definitely would use again.

I switched from a a different prenatal and started this one, I am in my second trimester. I donât like it.. my energy level went down. Taste is fine not great, and not something I want to drink in my shot. Vitamin content is not as good as others and this cost more! I donât have a problem with swallowing pills so i am going back to what I know!

Better then I felt than my first one
Kicking myself that I didnât find this for my first pregnancy. This makes me feel so much better then the gummies or pills that I use to take. The first kind of prenatal for my first pregnancy landed me in the hospital at 5 months pregnant because I have an intestinal blockage which could have been detrimental to me and the baby.This stuff right here does the exact opposite. I donât feel as bloated any more and I donât feel sluggish. My test results came back after drinking this that I was âtoo hydratedâ. Canât beat that while youâre pregnant.Just wish it came in more flavors but the berry flavor goes down well.

I ordered this as an alternative to taking pills. I have Hyperemesis Gravidarum and cannot stomach taking prenatal vitamins. The taste is not bad. Reminds me of an Emergen-C or something similar to. I poured it into this water bottle and shook it up. This is my first one so, I will come back and update, once I get further into use. I do wish you at least got a monthâs supply for the price. I was paying a little more than this for a 60 count of Ritual prenatal vitamins.

This is honestly the easiest prenatal ever! I tried 4 others during this pregnancy and finally tried this and I wonât ever go back to anything else. It mixes easily (I use a handheld frother) and then wait for the bubbles to go away before drinking. No upset stomach or bloating! The price is high to me, but after 4 other fails, Iâll happily pay this.
