Wonderful for breastfeeding
I love these. Iâm 6 months postpartum and still take these to help make sure I get my vitamins and to help with breastfeeding. They are easy to take and easy to travel with. Only downside is is if they bust open they stink and taste gross.

Iâve been taking these for postpartum and I am now 7 months postpartum right now; these vitamins has helped me throughout my journey. I took these postpartum, I do wish it came in a regular pill container. But it was nice to just pop them out of an aluminum case. I didnât have a smell and I love only having to take one!

Interferes with my milk production
I love the way these vitamins make me feeling would totally give them 5 stars just based on the way I feel after taking them. Lots of energy, no more brain fog, and amazing sleep however, my milk supply is low when I started taking them 3 months postpartum (I still had prenatal so I finished those up before buying new vitamins) and I thought maybe it was “the 3 month crisis” so I started pumping to see what my little was actually getting and yes rapid decline in supply so I stopped taking them for 2 days and my supply was back to norm. So now I take them for 2 days and off for 2 days and it is a balance I had to figure out. Super weird I think maybe to much magnesium for me I am not sure. I think it maybe a personal issue my body has with too much of something. No bad smells, easy to swallow, doesn’t make me nauseous, no complaint other than my supply drops super low when taking them.
