I really think these have made my nails stronger
I think this helpful for my hair and the rest of me, but wow I know these are effective for my nails. I purchase lots of different vitamins and minerals, wondering if they are really working at all, but I know that for me I have never been able to grow my nails more than little nubs before they would flake off qand break. My nails have never been longer or stronger in all my 50+ years of life after a few weeks of these vitamins, and I am sold on these. It’s pretty amazing. I just take 2 per day. They taste fruity and pleasant and no upset stomach. They tend to stick together so you might have to knock the plastic container a bit to dislodge them from the bottom. No complaints

My go to vitamins. Tastes good so they are easy to take. I know when I don’t take them because I get tired easier. Not too big. Strength of product is good-nails and hair have improved since taking these.

I have tried and tried to get these locally, but they’re never available. They are always fresh and available from Amazon. The price is reasonable and I like the fact that they’re chewable. I have problems swallowing hard and large pills, so these are perfect.
