I believe I have reviewed this several times. Itâs a great product and I do take two tablets in the morning and two in the evening. Iâve been taking it for 10 years or more.

I bought these vitamins to supplement my diet during winter months. The recommended serving is 4 capsules daily; 2 capsules in am and 2 capsules in pm with meals. I only took 2 capsules after breakfast and still felt like I had more energy during the day.

Concerned about pill change
I got these Whole Food Vitamins for Women in January 2017 and had other vitamins to finish off before starting these. I finally started taking these several months ago but have not been very consistent with my vitamin regimen. Tonight I decided to get focused again and noticed these red/brown spots I do not remember seeing before. When I pressed on the pill the colored areas spread so I decided to open up the pill. There are some clumps that rolled into a paste type texture. I don’t know what it is. I am very concerned they are molding inside or this is some type of bacterial growth. This is not the way they were when I got them. I store all my pills in a dark cupboard away from heat or moisture. I kept the cotton inside the bottle. These do not expire until 9/26/2019. Very disappointing to pay a lot of money for what you think are good quality pills and they don’t last anywhere near their expiration date. I am also worried about them making me sick as I had taken two sets before I noticed the spots.***UPDATE***The company contacted me IMMEDIATELY. I wrote this review in the evening and heard from Natalie with Naturelo first thing the next morning. The back in forth communication was equally as fast, always within a few hours. Their customer service is OUTSTANDING!!!! They addressed my issue and informed me they do a microbial test to ensure no bacteria so there should not be any growth. Even still I offered to send them some pills to test and they welcomed that and will test them and update me with results. This company absolutely cares about their customer! I opted to have the product replaced and have no reservations taking Naturelo Whole Foods Vitamins for Women.

I got these supplements to make sure I’m getting any vitamins I’m missing throughout the day, and after a week of using them I’m happy with the results. FYI, one serving of these supplements is 4 pills, so the 260 pill pack that I got is really a 2-month supply, not an 8-month supply. However, one serving has more than 100% of most of the vitamins, so I only take 2 pills a day and get the rest from my food.These pills also taste/smell awful, so when you take them I recommend plugging your nose. The up-side is that the daily fatigue and headaches I’ve been having for the past couple months seems to have gone away, and that’s with only half the serving size. Even though these pills are a bit pricey and taste awful, they work. I highly recommend.
