UPDATE 6.6.25: I have realized, after taking most of the bottle, that the severe stomach and chest pains I had non-stop, were from this product. I took them exactly as indicated. Because of other health concerns, I did not suspect this product. I had always trusted Nature Made products, but evidently not this one. My doc advised me to take a daily multiple vitamin. JUST BEWARE!The smell of these is just hideous! when i opened the bottle, the smell nearly blew me away. after much deliberation, i finally popped them in my mouth and started to chew them. it’s a little better if you try not to breathe. The dosage is 3 chews per day. I ordered them as they had a 50 percent serving of zinc, which is higher than nearly all multi-vitamin blends. i might change my review after I’ve taken them for awhile. i’d like to just discard, but they were too pricey for that!

3 are a lot of gummy to have but they don’t taste bad.has what seems to be the majority of your basic needs.They do stick together a lot more than the average gummy which makes it a pain to get out most of the time.

Vitamins work well but not sure what bitter powder is on this batchâ¦
Normally the vitamins are good but this last batch came in covered in some sort of powder that tastes super bitter and smells funny. Iâm not sure if itâs mold or something added to the gummies but it has me worried about taking them as Iâve never received a bottle with this substance in the gummies before. (I know it tastes bitter before I popped one in my mouth without looking and spat it out immediately.)

I love these. They taste like sweet-tarts.
You do have to take 3 of them a day, but I don’t mind because the price per month supply is still great and they taste like candy. If you like tart candy / sweet-tarts, you’ll like these. They are also more of a chewy than a gummy, which I prefer.

I actually am very concerned about taste because I have so many vitamins to take. So these tasting good make life a lot better for me. When I have my blood labs taken, my vitamin count is very good. So I would say that that proves they are doing a pretty good job.
