I’ve been taking the Vimerson Health Multivitamin for Men since February (approximately four months now), and I’ve experienced significant positive changes in my overall health.From about a week into taking them, I started noticing subtle improvements, and by the end of the first month, the benefits were clear as day. I’ve had:Significantly fewer headaches. This has been a huge relief.Increased energy: I now feel more energetic even during times when I used to feel completely exhausted.Reduced bone aches: My bones aren’t aching nearly as much as they used to, which has improved my comfort daily.The pills themselves are gel capsules with powder inside, and they are fairly large. I make sure to drink plenty of water to ensure they go down smoothly. My routine is to take two pills first thing in the morning with a piece of fruit, like a banana. The fruit definitely helps!Occasionally (maybe a handful of times), the pills have hit my stomach a bit hard, causing a slightly uncomfortable feeling. I bought the gel-form Multivitamin for women & I must say, these are great! I take one every morning (it recommends 2) and it instantly gives me a boost of energy and overall, makes me feel healthy.I must say though, the size of the pills are a little large, needing tons of water to ensure it’s down my throat.

Didnât come with any plastic seal around the top or any glued seal in bottle!
I got this in and it was shipped with just the bottle itselfâ¦no plastic seal around the cap. At first I was thinking there would be a pull tap seal when I take the top offâ¦nope. Iâm going to try and return the package, Iâm not taking vitamins that were shipped in an unsealed bottle.edit:After contacting the company directly they got in touch with me really quickly to resolve the issue. They sent me a new bottle that was sealed and ready to go free of charge due to the incident. Customer service like this doesnât deserve a 1 star; gladly changing my review

Pretty good

Stomach pain
Smells bad and gave me sharp stomach pains every time I took it if not with a full meal, which made either difficult to take first thing in the morning while getting ready. I tried taking only 1 instead of the recommended 2 but that didn’t help much. I could never take it consistently enough to know if there was a steady positive effect.

I canât say that this is a must to take as if your well being only depends on it. But I have noticed that my overall heath has improved. I started to feel less sluggish, productive, focused, and has noticed my face, skin, and hair look healthy again. I take a pill/day with breakfast (no tea or coffee for 2h) to allow healthy fats works its magic with this supplement. I occasionally take it with nuts in the middle of the day instead. Very important that you take it with healthy food. Do not consume with soda, junk food to allow your body absorb all the vitamins efficiently. I am one-meal/day person so this has helped me overcome my vitamins deficiency.
