  1. Doesn’t really work.

    Works great!
I’ve only been taking this supplement for a couple weeks and I can already feel the difference. It does have a smell, but once you get pass that it’s easy to swallow. I love that the ingredients are all natural. You definitely get more bang for your buck with this supplement.

This is a very nice vitamin that has everything either an expectant mother
This is a very nice vitamin that has everything either an expectant mother, someone trying to conceive or anyone who just wants a great vitamin should take. I primarily bought it because it has methylfolate rather than folic acid and also has methylated form of B-12. These forms of B vitamins are much better absorbed if you have MTHFR which many people have, and probably many who don’t know they have. It just means that you don’t absorb folic acid properly and especially if pregnant, it’s highly advisable to take this form. It also has glutathione which a lot of vitamins don’t have and which is really good for you, too, pregnant or not. All in all, this is a really good vitamin for a great price and over a two month supply so you don’t have to keep purchasing something every month. I will be purchasing this again whether trying to conceive or not.

    Has child proof lid
The bottle I ordered came with a child proof lid. I was looking for a vitamin without iodine and chromium, these have neither. They are exactly what I was looking for!

    So far so good!
So far so good! I’ve only been taking these about a week but I selected them based on purity, after I panicked a bit from reading about the Rainbow Light ones I was taking (class action lawsuits due to heavy metals= no thanks) and immediately threw them out. Anyhow I decided to try these because they seemed to be the cleanest option for the price. Also very important to have the methylated versions of the vitamins and folate over the synthetic folic acid.So far I feel really great taking them and love that they’re capsules rather than tablets which generally make me gag, and if you ask the guys at the sewage treatment plant, they will tell you the tablets don’t fully dissolve before digestion and thus the body isn’t able to absorb those nutrients. The only reason I docked a star is due to lack of iodine and choline. Those weren’t deal breakers for me as I was already supplementing iodine, and after much research about the amazing benefits to baby’s brain, I decided to add quite a bit more supplemented choline than any prenatal could offer me. That being said I do think they should still include it. One other thing is that I’ve never met a B complex that didn’t turn my pee bright yellow. I believe it’s from the riboflavin that does that, but this one doesn’t! So I’m a tad skeptical at that, but I will continue taking.

    Potential stomach upset
During my 1st purchase I took this with no issues and felt it was helping, but upon reordering, with my second bottle, I have had moderate stomach upset every time I take it, so I’ve had to stop using it, unfortunately.

    Love them!
I love raise them well prenatal vitamins and the fact they contain methylfolate, and all of the other important nutrients necessary for my baby’s health. I used them during my first pregnancy, while breastfeeding for 1 year and I’m currently taking them while pregnant with my second. Even though I have a lot of nausea and vomiting during my second pregnancy I haven’t had any issues while taking my prenatal vitamins. I highly recommend them!!

    Great for acne prone skin
Definitely the best prenatal vitamins that are acne friendly! I have had acne in the past, but my skin is clear now – I couldn’t take the ones with biotin because they were hard core making my face break out in big cysts! These are amazing and don’t make my face break out! They don’t have an aftertaste either!

Hi there! I chose to but this product because it had all the ingredients I was looking for in a prenatal vitamin, including methyl folate instead of folic acid. I’ve only been using them for a few days, and I have no complaints so far; I will update on how I feel as time goes by and as to whether or not I would purchase these again since the cost for natural vitamins is higher than more commercial ones, but I’m taking these as an investment for myself and hopefully future baby 🙂
