Really Loving THIS Postnatal
Iâve only been using this product about 30 days since giving birth to my son. However, Iâve noticed tremendous improvements in my mood, energy levels, and lactation since first starting them. Itâs an easy medium- size pill to swallow, and I usually take it along with breakfast in the morning and go on about my day. It hasnât been long enough to notice or claim a crazy improvement in my hair since giving birth. I can say my hair was falling out WAY more than about 2 weeks ago. This has seemed to slow the amount, but Iâd be lying if I said it isnât still falling out/breaking more since giving birth. I can say my hair does seem to be getting stronger or more resilient lately. I was taking a nature made prenatal beforehand, and wish I would have taken Mamaâs Select prenatals instead to give a better review transitioning from one to the other. Iâm excited to update this review in another month or so to truly share my experience with this product and any other changes/ improvements. I just ordered the fenugreek as well to see if it truly does increase my milk production. I have been looking for a supplement to continue after having my third baby. I am still nursing so ingredients such as B12 are important to me for my energy levels. I could tell a difference within 2-3 days. I wasnât feeling sluggish by noon. I could feel the pep in my step which is definitely needed keeping up with three boys! I love that it has tons of iron and vitamin D3. Women tend to be lacking in folate as well which is something I know my prenatal had. Iâm glad this is a post natal that includes it. Easy to take
I recently decided to make the switch from prenatal to postnatal vitamins, and so far I have been loving them. One of the reasons I decided to give these specifically a try, was because of the capsules. Iâve tried prenatal capsules & gels that are just too big or difficult for me to swallow, as opposed to these theyâre the perfect size and I can take them with no problem! I have been going through postpartum hair loss and this gave me the motivation to supplement strictly on a daily basis which Iâve been loving so far and have slowly noticed a difference already as well as receiving nutrients I lacked due to breastfeeding. Will continue to take and see how it goes!

Iâve been taking it for almost a month now. I was looking for a postnatal vitamin as I am 7 months postpartum. I came across these and I love that they are once daily and include folate not folic acid. I love that they arenât hard on my stomach. I donât feel sick after taking them. I have been taking these for 4 months and I am a fan of them. I feel like they do help my milk supply and energy without breaking the bank. I donât know whether or not theyâve really helped with the postpartum hair loss but that wasnât my original goal. I was looking for a postnatal that didnât upset my stomach and made a difference in my overall feeling. I would definitely recommend these and wish I had taken them with my first baby.
