I like this prenatal vitamin. Iâve tried a fair number and this one is very easy to swallow and doesnât make me feel sick after taking it. No nasty taste or smell. Iâve taken with and without food and havenât had issues either way. A good option!

Potent Halal Pre-Natal Without the Niacin Flush!
This wonderful prenatal supplement combines the power of vitamins and minerals with the bounty of folate to bring about all-around health for mother and baby all with a halal bonus for those with religious or dietary restrictions. I took it during my second trimester and was pleased with the amount of nutrition it covered. It was wonderful to see DHA, Biotin, and Folate to help with fetal development, as well as iron to help both mom and baby build strong tissues together. The amount of each vitamin is abundant, save for the calcium which is a bit on the lower side (7.1%).The capsules are easy and slide down easily with just a glass of water–2 per day for a dose. They do not carry a funky taste, nor do they cause me any strange-flavored burps or odd gas. However, due to the iron, the supplement can be a little hard on the stomach and may cause cramping. I make certain I take these with a larger meal and with plenty of water to offset this, and lower amount of niacin keeps me from getting the usual redness and flushes I occasional have with other high-niacin prenatals.Overall, it is pleasing to see halal and vegan ingredients and both vitamins and minerals together in this prenatal. It is extremely afforable overall when compared to buying many of the ingredients separately. It can provide abundant nutrients for pregnant and nursing mums and was great for my second trimester supplementation! Additional supplements however needed to taken to help me and my baby get DHA, biotin, and more calcium.

Well rounded prenatal
This prenatal supplement has a promising list of ingredients to promote a healthy pregnancy. These have worked well for me so far. They are super easy to take- 2 soft gels which are so easy to swallow. I didnât experience any gastrointestinal symptoms even when taking this on an empty stomach. I didnât have any negative side effects at all. Great product!
