How did we get our start?
In 2020, I was looking for a bath toy for my baby. Finally, we bought baby a cute whale bath toy with water spray.
My baby loves it and always plays with it when bathing. Then we sold it on Amazon and started to innovate, bringing bath fun to your babies.

This is crazy cute, it floats very well, I was eefie about water getting to the connect port but so far so good. We have used it a couple of time so I canât speak how long one charge holds but really cute and it works, fun for bath time.

Defective Item. I urge you to read BEFORE you waste your money on this item.
The item arrived packaged well with a charging cable. I charged the bath toy before use, and it worked well the 1st time. I took the bath toy out of the water, dried the toy with a clean dry rug, and let it air dry until the following evening. The bath toy worked for 5 minutes and then it stopped. I placed the bath toy on the counter to let it air dry, and it randomly started making motor sounds and the lights turned on by itself. Itâs only suppose to do that when itâs IN the water. At 1:30am, the toy still on the counter, it started lighting up again and making motor sounds, it did it again at 2am, 3:35am and so on, my husband has to finally remove the motor so the toy completely stopped. Clearly itâs DEFECTIVE. BEWARE, Amazon LIES. It says on here that this item can be replaced or returned. However, 3 customer service representative and a supervisor told me that a replacement was not eligible for this item, and that the only way for me to receive my refund of $12 was to return the item first and wait 15-30 DAYS for a refund! Itâs absolutely ridiculous. Their policy is UNREALISTIC. Do not waste your time and energy asking for the Amazon escalation team, they blame âthe systemâ, and wonât take any responsibility to genuinely help you out. And the seller who is a third party seller didnât bother to reach out to me and offer a replacement. Amazon has become a TERRIBLE marketplace, and their policies are unreasonable, representatives donât offer more than a return label and say no to everything. Supervisor lacked common sense on this situation and was unhelpful. Iâm ending my Amazon prime that I had for 10 years, because this is awful customer service across the board.
