YummmmIf you have a picky eater of a teen or one who just will, be nature of being a teenager, NOT eat certain essential foods. These gummies may change both of those issues. I started my teen on this a year ago after learning she had a deficiency. I told her it was sweet she gave in and tried it. I can only say this. In A month or so I was the one being reminded it was time to take her supplements.Thanks

Good quality, but very sweet
I took these for a couple of years and I was really glad to have an organic multi that wasn’t a pill! I appreciate the quality and quantity of ingredients, vitamins, and minerals. I felt like I was getting enough, however, they are very sweet. I did not like feeling as though I was eating candy with my breakfast. That led me to switching over to one of Garden of Life’s Vitamin Code capsules that I open into a little bit of orange juice along with my other capsule supplements.

Depending on who you are, these will taste different. I got used to the flavor and now I even enjoy them. But my boyfriend amost threw up when he tried one. As for the quality, the listing speaks for itself, but what I received looks great and is easy to chew. I only wish the gummies wouldnât stick together, but all gummies do that. You have to shake the container to get them loose again. The ingredients list is impressive so I take these daily along with some other supplements (magnesium, NAC, L-Tyrosine)…

Good gummies with a conscious
These gummies were actually really good, and as a vegan I am always trying new vitamins but these didnt give me upset stomach and was a decent size. I didnt know and increase in energy or change in sleep quality but overall a really good option for a clean/ organic vitamin

Flavor makes this product hard to take; although the thought process behind them is admirable!
I ignored comments that the taste of this product was objectionable. I wish I hadnât. Since they are not inexpensive, I kept them and am taking(chewing) them. The taste makes it necessary to take them prior to eating so the flavor doesnât linger. It does remind me of vitamins you swallow, you just have to chew them! Anyway. I wonât be ordering them again.
