Mental clarity but not a 30 day supply
I love the prenatals and Iâm feeling a mental clarity but I took the 4 capsules every single day as itâs recommended on the bottle but today I noticed thereâs only one capsule left. So there had to be a few missing because Iâve been taking 4 everyday.

I recommend these to every pregnant and nursing mother I know. After taking these the first two weeks, I felt better than I had before I got pregnant– my mood, cognitive function, and energy all dramatically improved. I stopped taking for four days while on a road trip and my mood, cognition, and energy plummetted… all improved about a week or two after taking again. A couple months later, same thing. Stopped for four or five days while I was traveling, and again felt like trash. After about two weeks of taking these i felt great again. I use the chewable from this brand for my kids and the daily vitamin I get for my husband. After I fell in love with this prenatal I switched us all to this brand. Absolutely love it. But do not take on an empty stomach! 🙂

Iâve been taking them for almost a year now; through pregnancy and now with breastfeeding. Other brands made me sick, these ones donât. They smell weird but the ones I bought with my first pregnancy smelled even worse.
