Store them Upside Down!
These can get stuck together, especially in warmer months. Trick is to store the bottle upside down so that they move toward the cap instead of the bottom of the container.They taste good. I have a hard time swallowing regular capsules so these are great!

I have received three of these products at this point and they have all arrived not melted.ð I do suggest to those who order this product to have it arrive on a cooler day.

Bad Gas
These gave me the worst gas of my life and unfortunately passed it through my breast milk to my baby. We have both been tooting up a storm for days until I realized it all started the day I started taking these. I did some research and DHA can cause gastrointestinal issues which can be attributed to the fish oil source of DHA. I will not be taking these anymore and going to have to dump all of my milk iâve pumped for my baby so he doesnât keep farting all day and night in discomfort.
