Is the power bank compatible with Android phones, and can a phone case affect charging?
This power bank is designed for iPhone that support magnetic wireless charging, from iPhone 12 onwards, except for the iPhone SE 3. Phone cases thicker than 2.5 mm or those that are non-magnetic may reduce charging efficiency and are not recommended.
Why doesn’t my phone achieve 15W wireless charging power, and why is the charging circle not displayed?
Ensure your iPhone 12 runs iOS 17.4 or later, and iPhone 13 or later has iOS 17.2 for optimal charging and display; this power bank is not Android-compatible. If the USB-C port is charging a device, wireless charging output will be reduced to 5W.
Why does charging stop at 80%?
Your iPhone may automatically stop charging at 80% to protect its battery from overheating, as part of iOS 17’s thermal management strategy. Charging will resume once the device cools down. Moving it to a cooler spot can help speed up this process.

We just returned from an 8-day journey retracing the footsteps of the Apostle Paul through Greece and Turkey. I enabled location services on my iPhone to map our travels, which significantly drained my battery throughout the day. Since I used my professional camera for photos rather than my phone, my screen time was minimalâbut even then, I found my phone battery struggling to keep up.This Anker charger worked well for one full phone charge per day, which is perfect if you’re traveling solo. However, it wasnât quite enough for both my husband and me to shareâwe would recommend each person have their own or consider purchasing a higher-capacity version if youâre planning to share.What I did love was the ease and convenience of the MagSafe feature. It made quick connections a breeze, especially on the go.One standout moment: We were on Santorini to photograph a surprise engagement. A friend, also a photographer, had forgotten to charge his Canon R6 battery (a rookie mistake before a big moment!). After taking a dinghy from the cruise ship to the port, we realized the camera was nearly dead. Thankfully, I had this Anker charger with me. Using the USB-C port, we powered up his Canon battery just enough for him to capture the entire event. You could say this little device saved the day.All in all, I highly recommend it for individual travelers, and it’s a must-have backup tool in unexpected situations.

This is a fabulous little battery. It keeps a charge, and it’s super convenient to see exactly how much it has left on the little screen. I use my iPhone as my alarm clock so it’s nice to have the stand so I can see the time on a nightstand when I travel. I have rarely had any issues with Anker products and I have no reason to think this will be any different. Highly recommended.

I bought this charger for work because my phone kept dying and I love that itâs wireless so that I donât have to worry about having a chord with me. I bought it when it was on sale and itâs worth the price. The magnet holds nice and tight on the phone case. Itâs a great charger.

Can’t say enough good things! Son’s phone quit charging with a cord just before he was leaving the country. This rescued us! It can be plugged in and used as a phone charger, but it also charges and doubles as a portable backup battery. Son didn’t expect to like it b/c he wanted an Apple one like his roommate has. Apple no longer makes those. I did lots of research and chose this one, and am so glad we did!

Doesn’t stay attached to Samsung s24 ultra well
I love using anker products have all sorts of them from wireless speakers to Bluetooth headphones to wall chargers. Would give this a 5 star but the mag doesn’t grab well onto my Samsung phone like their charging pad does. It does charge the phone well but only for one full charge. Will be looking for one hopefully built for Samsung phones that can stay attached better. Other than that love the product.
