Is it normal for the power bank in wireless charging mode to feel warm during use?
Yes, some warmth during wireless charging is normal since the power bank is attached to the back of the phone. This product is certified and safe to use.
Why is wireless charging slower than wired charging?
Wireless charging uses coil coupling, which is typically less efficient than wired charging at the same power output. For faster charging, use the included cable to prioritize wired charging or minimize phone usage.
What do the flashing lights mean on the power bank, and how can I use the stand feature alone?
The power bank has four white battery indicators and one blue for wireless charging. White lights show charging status and stay on until the power bank is fully drained. To use the stand alone, double-tap the button to disable wireless charging.
Can the built-in cable and wireless charging be used at the same time?
Yes. When both wired and wireless charging are active, wired charging is prioritized and wireless charging is disabled. To use both at the same time, press the button twice to reactivate wireless charging (total power will be reduced)
Why does my power bank take so long to recharge?
Avoid using a charger with 5V/1A (5W) or lower output; instead, use one that supports 20W PD or higher. Also check for any foreign objects in the magnetic charging area, as they may trigger the wireless charging switch and cause abnormal recharging.

This this is SO freaking fast when you magnetically attached and plug the uspc in. It’s astonishing how much faster it is. I can get a full charge when I’m down to less than 10% in less than an hour. on a Samsung Galaxy ultra 23 that’s unlike anything I’ve ever used. It’s FASTER than plugging into the wall with the Samsung charger.It gets warm but not hot.It’s a little heavy, but for the capacity and speed,I will never be without it.I do wish Anker made a smaller thinner Mag/corded option that just charged 1x at that speed for things when weight and volume are considerations- for a fanny pack at an amusement park, to slip in a pocket when not carrying a bag, etc.)Color is ugly, who cares about the aesthetic. That said, I do wish it came in bright colors to be able to functionally find it easier at the bottom of a dark interior backpack/purse compartment. Like Neon or glow in the dark.I’d buy a a silicone glow in the dark sleeve for it if that were an option. It would also be helpful for protection in a bag.

Tiny but mighty
I honestly love this little charger, itâs the perfect size. It does weigh down my bag a bit but when itâs in my hand or back pocket I think itâs fine. I love to use this to prop up my phone even when itâs not charging. I havenât noticed the heat level during this heatwave but I also try to not charge my phone during peak hours of heat. The instructions say not to power it while itâs super hot either. So early morning and at night or in an air conditioned area is where I would use it. So far have been loving these anker products.

The absolute best Magsafe powerbank for an iPhone
This is my second purchase of Anker’s powerbank. If I have a very long day, two will take me deep into the evening. I love not worrying about running out of power for my phone. The sturdy kick stand is the best I’ve seen. (I did buy their very first version, which has a much flimsier stand, though the power is great.)The attached cable means that this can also be used to power my iPad mini. The size is good, fitting into even a small purse. I would not try to put it in a pants pocket.

Love it! The magsafe connection is so magneticit truly becomes one with your iphone.That, along with the color options and it’s attached C-cable which charges devices without magsafe compatibilities, makes it a great choice.The only disappointment was that it would not charge my apple watch. That would have made it the perfect charger for me.

This charger saved us when traveling in Italy.After taking pictures all day, our cell phones very dead by late afternoon. These chargers allowed us to go on without interruption. I had one and my husband had his own in a different color.We love the way they magnetically attach to the back of your phone case. They did not heat up and the attached cord made for easy charging at night.I was concerned it would be too thick or heavy but it turns out neither of those concerns were an issue.The first charge takes a while – I think more than 24 hrs but after that recharging overnight would full charge the unit.A good dependable auxiliary charger which will extend your phone battery through out the day.

I bought this to use in my purse, I use my phone as a glucose monitor and I always HAVE TO have my phone charged. I also have my work phone on me so at any given time either of my phones will need a boost in charge.This MagSafe battery is smaller than my iPhone 12 Pro Max and fairly lightweight. Itâs light enough to hold as you wander the grocery store isles or whatever you need to do. I use it at my office desk as a charger / stand often.It charges well but if you need a quick charge you can buy an additional usb-c to (insert your cable needs) for a quick charge. I use the usb-c to lightening when I go on trips and need it to charge my iPad as well.I feel like I can get almost two full charges before I need to plug it into an outlet.I feel like the only drawback is that it does heat up while in use. Although not enough to deter me from holding it in my hands while it charges my devices.Would I buy this again? Absolutely!! In a heartbeat.

Great! Does up to 30 watt super fast charging on Galaxy devices. Charges phone quickly and doesn’t take long maybe 1 hour or 1 hour 30 minutes to completely charge the pack! I can probably get 1 and a half complete charges on my phone with it before having to fully charge the pack again.

I use this with my iPhone 15 Pro pretty much daily and it works with no issues at all. The wired charging is significantly faster than using MagSafe (which is what I mainly use). The magnet in the wireless charging system is very strong (the magnets are very strong with Ankerâs cases), compared to the older 10k MagSafe sold by Anker. When charging on MagSafe, it does get a little warm however, this is normal for all wireless charging products. The power bank is a little bulky which is expected for a 10,000mAh battery, and the charging speeds are quite slow at 20w.Overall, I recommend this power bank especially for the price compared to all other brands and products. I would recommend for Anker to try and increase the charging speeds of the Powerbank even if it means increasing the price slightly or even making another model.
