Everything I need
This is a great vitamin for me since it includes everything I need. I was taking a bunch of separate supplements but not only was it difficult to take so many pills but it was worse when I traveled. When I found this vitamin, I couldn’t believe it because it included basically everything including the turmeric and Coq10. It also includes some probiotics.There are really only two things: first, some of the quantities aren’t quite as high a percent as the individual supplements (e.g. the calcium is only 10%); and secondly, I have to take 3 capsules. What I usually do is spread them out and take one capsule with each meal (I don’t like to take pills without food unless specifically told not to).These really are about as complete a vitamin as I can find and they sure beat taking loads of individual supplements. They are a lot easier to take when traveling as well.

Arrived super fast. Expiration date was 2 years into the future which is good. Have been using this brand for a while and they are very good with a great list of ingredients.Â

Has only 1.7mg of vitamin B6.
They seem to be Okay, I switched to them for the 1.7mg of vitamin B6. I was reading an article about neuropathy being caused by using to much vitamin B6. Normal multi-vitamins seem to all have 6mg of B6. I do believe that my neuropathy is getting better slowly.

i do not take this daily could because of one of the ingredients that might be the error just take one every other day. Might be the iron is too much in my body chemistry.

Looks great, but we are very allergic
Expected to LOVE these vegan, whole-food vitamins, and they even have a bit of digestive enzymes to help you absorb them. But we had a strong reaction to them, just opening the bottle. These say they are tested, so prob just us (learning that we have latex-food, alpha-gal, mold, and metal allergies). In case it helps, it turns out our biggest allergens might have been alpha-gal and latex-food, which are becoming major allergies in many parts of the world. The Aquamin minerals are derived from red algae, which is vegan, but is a growing alpha-gal allergy trigger. And many of the fruits cross-react with latex, which is a growing allergy, worst among medical workers, food service, manufacturing workers, farm workers, and people who were premature infants or who have many medical procedures. Most digestive enzymes are âgrownâ on common household molds that are filtered out, but very sensitive immune systems might still react. But i still think this product and kind customer service are great for some people. Hoping everyone else enjoys them and feels even more healthy.

Fantastic multivitamins
These vitamins were the only ones we could find that met the criteria recommended for Iron, Zinc, and vitamin D3 by our doctor for my wife while being reasonably priced.They seem to have a lot of other vitamins beneficial for health.They have helped her with lightheaded / fainting spells she sometimes has.At just under an inch, I consider these capsules to be about medium-sized. They do have a semi-strong smell but can still be swallowed down easily.We have noticed that they are strong enough to help us stay healthy, feeling good, and not get sick as often.

Great Customer Service
Customer service from this company is great. I ordered my first bottle and liked it so ordered a second when it finished but when I received it the Amazon envelope/ pouch was empty. No bottle in sight. I reached out to the company and the sent out another bottle within the week. Otherwise I like the content of this vitamin and I like that the dosage is 1 pill and not 2.
