Start with a year ago my vitamin D levels were deficient. My Dr had me taking 2000 iud. I found out I was pregnant the beginning of this year and got my blood work done and my levels were still low not deficient but not good so my midwife said to start taking 5000 iud and recommend this product. Great vitamin D
I work the night shift in a snowy area so I donât see the sun often! I realized I wasnât sleeping well, I was irritable and noticed more hair shedding than usual. My doctor advised taking this brand of Vit D.These capsules are very small so theyâre easy to swallow which I really appreciate. They come with a 2 month supply which is a good value for the money.I made the mistake of taking my first on an empty stomach which gave me a stomach ache/nausea feeling for about an hour afterwards. The next day I ate breakfast and let my stomachs settle first before taking which seemed to help a lot! Still some bouts of nausea, itâs really hit or miss.After a few weeks of taking these my hair shedding is back to normal. I am sleeping much better and not nearly as irritable as before!Just be cautious of taking without eating something first but they do work!
