Cute gift for Mothers Day! Glad I opened the box first as the item wasn’t in its proper place in the box, so I was able to take a closer look and make sure it wasn’t scratched up (luckily it wasn’t). Very pretty, but arrived slightly scratched.
Iâm glad I had this shipped here and not my momâs house! I opened the box to find the sun catcher was free floating in the box itself, and the back got scratched where it is printed. The larger crystal on the bottom had somehow dis attached itself from the sun catcher, so I had to reassemble it, not a huge deal. Mom is low maintenance, so I donât think sheâll really notice the fine scratches. There is a film on the front to remove, so that part should be scratch free.The manufacturer did well with packaging as far as the bottom foam pad goes, but I think there should have been something covering the face of it too to keep it in place.Itâs actually quite heavy, so it feels quality. The print itself is nice, and the scratches were only on the acrylic, not the print, so itâs still good.Size and color is exactly as shown, and the crystal stack is very pretty – I Canât wait to see this in the window catching all the sun rays and spreading them in the room!
