I found the white and black pegs to be easy to snap in but can see why others find it hard.
Yes, that is what the headline should read. The biggest complaint people have on the reviews are the dreaded black and white pegs that are used to put the pieces together. And it seems tricky, and strange. You put the white pegs in, then you put the black pegs into the white pegs. So not like a screw and bolt, where on goes into the hole and the other fastens it on the other end. No this is the white fits in the hole, you push it all the way down that it clicks. The black peg in the middle you push all the way down till that clicks. What that basically does is the black peg makes the white peg expand on the other side of the hole a little bit so that it is sturdy. If you don’t get both pegs pushed all the way down and clicking then it won’t hold. And you might make the white peg unusable after that because it is no pre-expanded.I love the ability to store all my filing folders as well as other office supplies in the shelves below.Anyway, I really like the product. I had one issue where they sent me 2 part “D”s and no part “E” when it was supposed to be 1 part “D” and 1 part “E” for the folder holders last parts. Which to me says that they sent me a used one and not a brand new one. I contacted the seller and they were very helpful, gracious and sent me a replacement, which I greatly appreciate.

Nice addition to my desk!
I found everything to like and nothing to dislike about this organizer. I had spent some time shopping around the brick and mortar stores to no avail. I really wanted something that had both drawers and folder separators. All I found was one or the other…never a combination that I wanted. And talk about overpriced! I couldn’t believe what some places wanted for metal organizers. And I wasn’t willing to consider plastic ones.This was very easy to assemble. I do not understand what some reviews mean when they say that the folder separator is flimsy…or won’t stay attached. Or that it falls over. Mine is very study and has no problem staying in place. I can pick up the whole unit by the separators! Easily.After assembly, the unit stands 15 1/4 inches high, desktop to top of tallest folder separator, 12 1/2 inches wide, and 9 inches deep. The folder section may be mounted to align with the left side or the right side and in the center of the base unit. The folder section itself is 9 inches wide. (Therefore, if you mount the folder unit aligning with the left or right side, you will have 3 1/2 inches of space to place something else…very useful for me…)The drawer has 3 sections (they are not configurable), two 3 1/2 sections on each side and a 5 inch section in the middle.4 rubber feet are provided so that the unit won’t easily slide.I found the $25 price very reasonable for this product.
