Weird side effects
So I was having a lot of weird side effects that I couldn’t quit put my finger on until I stopped and restarted this vitamin. Also I hate that these are flavored and you can not pick a unflavored one. I took these because they were highly recommended for post natal. Left me with horrible fishy burps and the worsat smelling gas I have ever experienced.

Good but careful with storage
I like how you only have to take 2 and have clean ingredients. My biggest gripe is that by the end of the month some of them turn black – typically I store them by my bed or on the counter or else I will forget to take them. Not sure if theyâre still good but I always toss them so it feels like you donât really get a full month supply sometimes.

Wish I had been taking these longer!
I canât stop raving about these vitamins! With all of the nutrients the include they are definitely worth the cost! I wish I have been taking this brand for prenatals and had started my postnatals sooner because wow I love them! The oil encapsulating the vitamins is a genius idea for absorption. And the mint coating adds to the comfort and gives a refreshing feeling taking them in the morning! Iâm an essential oil lover so that scent of peppermint essential oil gives me an extra pep in my step and makes me so happy! I feel really confident Iâm getting the nutrients I need while breastfeeding while Iâm taking these. I have ADHD and these are one habit I donât forget about because Iâm genuinely excited to take them every day!

Seems effective, but tough to swallow due to strong fishy taste
I do feel like it’s helping with my energy and recovery. The ingredients seem high-quality, and I appreciate the transparency and clean formulation.However, the biggest downside for me is the strong fishy smell and taste. Itâs pretty overpoweringâso much so that I try to swallow it as quickly as possible without letting it sit in my mouth. If youâre sensitive to smells or tastes, this might be a challenge.
