Definitely a fan of these vitamins. They have great ingredients and they are not crazy big in size which I appreciate. There is no taste to them in my opinion so that definitely helps them go down easier as well.

Good multi-vitamin with Omega 3’s
I got these because it was the only vitamin I could find that included the Omega 3’s. I’m not sure if it’s working or not… blood work was good, but no significant change.

I had got thease a while back and they work wonderfully I definitely choose them, they don’t make my tummy hurt they don’t have much taste or texture so their easy to take, the size isn’t to bad either.

smells, case sucks
The pills smell quite strongly, you will smell them the second you open the lid even slightly. However when it is shut its fine.The case sucks. It is nearly impossible to use the lid, more than half the time instead of just the lid popping off, the entire top half of the casing pops off. The top half just slides into place, it’s not screwed on or anything and there isn’t even a lip to actually securely hold the top on. So if you have dexterity issues, or don’t have strong hands, you may as well ignore the lid completely and just pull the entire cap off every day in order to take your vitamins.I give it a 3 simply because it goes down very easily, and isn’t too harsh where you get a stomach ache when you’re rushing and take these without eating before hand. Keep in mind they have a taste and do NOT contain magnesium in any form.
