Great assembly process! Seems like a great chair!
First, this has one of the better set of directions and assembly processes I’ve seen in a while. It even included extra parts, if needed. It comes with a nice allen wrench. Putting together the chair was really easy! Once together, it’s a great chair! Will start using it now, but so far so good.

Great home office chair!
For the price this is a surprisingly good chair. I waited to review this so I could get some decent “seat time” in it…For background, I broke my back in 3 places years ago and have a REALLY hard time finding chairs I can sit in for any length of time. I needed a chair to work in and took a chance on this one.The quality is surprisingly good for a chair at this price. The cushion is comfortable and the mesh back is nicely supportive. The lumbar support doesn’t do much as it’s set too far back to really be effective, but the shape of the frame and sturdy mesh back do a good job of supporting this area.It is not made for taller people (I’m 6’2″) so the headrest at its highest only makes it to my lower neck/upper back. It is a bit narrow, and I wish the armrests adjusted out, but it’s comfy enough and I can’t complain.The piston and tilt are solid! I’m 210lbs and this thing doesn’t slide or leak down at all after a few months sitting in it. I tightened the tilt up considerably and it hasn’t loosened at all either.For the price, this is a great home office chair. Comfortable to sit in for hours, sturdy and supportive. My kids have asked me to buy more for the desks in their rooms!

4.5 stars actually.. But why not 5 stars you say? Well, the height is okay but I wish the chair could go higher and I can’t find any covers for the seat, I would love that.. (maybe I am not looking properly). Assembly was relatively easy and it has been firm but cushiony at the same time. 2 years later and it’s still sturdy.

update 1/3/24: after having my replacement chair for a couple months I would just like to share, this chair is still perfect! No sqeakiness or creaking at all, I was curious if it would develop problems over time and so far that is not the case. I don’t know what made the other one squeak, maybe we put it together wrong or something but I’m now convinced it was just a fluke. I’m still so grateful for this companies wonderful customer service.Update: The company reached out and they went above and beyond to find a solution. The replacement chair is perfect, with no squeaks! Top tier customer service.I’ve had this chair for a couple months. As far as comfortability I’m not too picky- it’s better than my old chair so its fine for me. Where my problem lies is THE NOISE. I saw the reviews and thought its ok, for the price I can handle a little squeakiness. This is not *a little squeakiness*. The creaking and groaning of this chair is so loud it can be heard through my entire house! Whoever designed this thing should be arrested. I’ve tried wd-40 and it did nothing. I do not recommend this chair if you are using it indoors, around other people, have children, have neighbors or if you like peace while you’re working- cuz this thing will drive you to insanity.

Not worth the price and the price is cheap.
So I bought this chair in October of 2020 and have not put 6 months into this chair as my everyday work chair. So this review is more than a fresh and shiny, out-of-the-box, first impressions review.Build Quality:Pros: The butt pad is ok and the back mesh isn’t terrible… that’s about it.Cons: I’ll start from the bottom and work my way up here.*The post is not square to the wheels so the plain of the chair is not parallel to the plane of the floor. This makes the chair feel like it is leaning in a direction depending on the orientation of the wheels.*The butt part of the chair is slightly leaned forward but not much, just enough to be uncomfortable over time. Compounded with the out of square post this can make it feel like you are hunched forward with all your weight on the backs of your knees if the wheels are in the wrong direction.*The adjustable arms have a different number of settings on each side and they are not aligned so the two arms cannot be set to the same height.*The reclining feature does not grab well so after you adjust it to any position and lean back it makes a horrendous loud pop before it grabs the back and stops the movement.*The post that holds the back will bend if I lean back because it is just a pipe that is flatted at one end and welded to the plate that attaches to the back so the flatted end just bends easily. Just a stupid design in every way.*Of the 4 threaded inserts in the back panel 3 of them pulled out after a month or two just from moving around in the chair. Mine is now just epoxied to the back panel’s post because I spent a bunch of money on a chair and it is too late to send it back.*The back post is slightly out of perpendicular to the base (or the post is slightly bent) so the back feels tilted to the right.Comfort:Pros: None. The build quality has ensured that nothing is aligned properly.Durability: Because I didn’t really recline it at all or I didn’t notice the weak back post until it was too late to return. If I had I would have returned it before the threaded inserts started coming out by week 5. The popping in the reclining function is slowly getting worse but I am not terribly afraid it will fail because I doubt the bending back post will outlast it.TLDR: I wish I had spent my money on another chair. Learn from my mistake. This chair is garbage.

It’s a very tall chair, I’m average height and my feet just touch the ground on the lowest setting.The height adjustable arms is a great feature as you can set the height to make it parallel with your mouse and keyboard.

Really good chair, easy to put together but the chair is a tad bit high for shorter people. on the lowest setting its still a bit high. not a deal breaker but shorter people might wanna avoid it. other than that a solid choice for sure

It is a very comfortable chair, but the backrest became loose.I had misplaced the Allen key to tighten it so reached out to customer service.They promptly sent me a new Allen key to fix it. Great customer service!

I have to sell the chair because the back is not strong, the hold of the head is not functional and the lumbar support is terrible.
