Love this vitamin!
I order these vitamins on a regular basis. My daughters and I take them. I love these vitamins. Both of my daughters are vitamin D deficient and Alive has the exact amount of vitamin D they both need plus additional vitamins and minerals. We have always taken our vitamins with food so we donât get stomach upsets. They are not too big which makes them easy to swallow and the taste is not that bad. It comes in a bottle with a kid proof top which makes it easy to use.

Iâve been taking Alive! Womenâs Vitamins for a few weeks now, and I can definitely feel a difference. I have more energy throughout the day and donât feel as sluggish as I used to. Itâs packed with a wide variety of nutrients, including B vitamins, iron, and biotin, which I really appreciate.The tablets are a bit on the larger side, but theyâre easy to take with water and donât upset my stomach like some other vitamins Iâve tried. I also like that itâs made from whole food sources and doesnât have a strong aftertaste.If youâre looking for a good multivitamin that actually makes you feel a difference, this is a great choice. Compré recientemente el segundo frasco y dejo decir que es excelente, es muchÃsimo más de lo que esperaba. TenÃa un cansancio extremo, me dolÃan las piernas, solo querÃa estar acostada de lo cansada que me sentÃa. Empecé a tomar las vitaminas en la noche y es otra cosa, me. Sensitive to certain vitamins
I have to be careful when it comes to take vitamins due to my health. These vitamins has exactly what I need. If you have a sensitive to certain vitamins, such as flushing, increase heart rate or heart palpitations I would recommend giving them a try.

Works Well for Me So Far
I don’t have anything negative to say about this product. I’ve been using this multivitamin for about 4 months now. No side effects thus far. I always make sure to take this with a meal to avoid nausea.My goal was to help repair the health of my nails. Also need a good source of B vitamins because I have a disorder where I am deficient in that. So my nails, they were very brittle from wearing acrylics for months and also being anemic. They were paper thin when I took the acrylics off, breaking off repeatedly. So after using this for a few months I can say that my nails are thriving. No longer thin, constantly breaking off, etc…but now much stronger and thicker. No more ridges in my nails from being anemic. I’m very pleased with my results and would recommend this.

I spent a while looking for a supplement that had everything i was looking for and i was a little worried about the size of the supplement/smell and its honestly really not bad! If youre worried about the taste dont use water to take it and just do it fast! Its actually easier to take than most of my other medications because its not a chalk supplement, its smooth and wont get stuck part way down. I noticed the affects of the supplement within a few days of taking it as well, i have a vitamin d and iron defenciency that would make me feel sluggish and low energy, this helps give back some of that energy and my nails look great!

After taking it for about ten days, I developed rashes all over my body. My doctors suggested that this could be because the medication contains a variety of fruits, any one of which could induce an allergic reaction, so be cautious.
