Easy to swallow soft capsules
These are easy to swallow soft capsules. I like both the prenatal and postnatal supplements of this brand as it was one of the few brands which had the required quantities of the vitamins that was prescribed by my ob-gyn. I usually drink it with some orange juice for the easy absorption of the iron in it and it also serves to eliminate any dislike to the taste of the supplement.
