These were so wonderful and nice to use with our baby when she was eating baby food. They are the perfect size for little babies’ mouths. They do turn white when food is too hot as described and the tips are are not as hard as metal so it’s great on their soft gums as well. We bought a larger pack when our daughter started eating more solids of all kinds. Would definitely recommend.

They are soft and a great small size for babiesPros are it changes color when food is too hot. Conâs, I didnât like was they get stained with certain veggies like for example when I blended the carrots for my baby and used this spoon it stained it very orange and it didnât take off.

The size and shape of the spoons are perfect for feeding babies (particularly when first starting solids and they don’t have the knack of it yet) because the bowl of the spoons aren’t too deep so food doesn’t get stuck, while the width is nice and narrow so you can fit it easily into wee baby mouths. The silicone coating makes it gentle on their teeth if they’re an early teether (which mine is), while the metal means that I don’t have to worry about exposing my child unnecessarily to microplastics, and that it will last. However, the white hot safety feature becomes less effective if you feed solids that have high pigmentation like sweet potato. The silicone has turned a tiny bit orange so the white hot isn’t as clear. But that isn’t really an issue for me, since I wouldn’t rely on that feature to determine temperature, we don’t serve the food hot (warm or lukewarm at most), and I prefer to just feel test the temperature of the food beforehand anyways.
