Comprehensive vitamins and minerals with reasonable dosages
The supplement is pretty comprehensive. It includes most essential vitamins and minerals needed for a day. The dosage per serving looks reasonable. Particularly, I don’t want to take too much fat-soluble vitamins such as vitamin A, D and E, as they may stress my liver. It has GMP certificate label and the capsules look well-packed. The bottle has a safety seal and the expiration date is clearly labeled. I’ve almost finished the bottle and everything has been going well.
