Helping my hair and skin postpartum
These vitamins have been so helpful and I have seen a difference in hair regrowth and skin health postpartum. I had bald patches and significant hair loss at 4 months postpartum (when I started taking these) and now I am 6 months and my baby hairs are 3/4 inch long and my bald patches are filling in. My skin has typically always been prone to breaking out as well and since being on these it has been so clear. I haven’t changed my skin care regimen one bit but I have less breakouts. Theyâre very soft and chewy and taste like lemon. You do need to take these consistently to see long term results. I took a couple week break while moving and noticed my breakouts came back in those weeks probably due to stress, lack of sleep, and not taking these. I will continue to buy this long term

I think these are pretty good. Been taking almost a month. My postpartum hair loss has been extra bad this time and the hair was coming out like crazy and I felt so powerless to stop it. When I started taking these there has been a noticeable difference in shed. Iâm still losing a bit but itâs nowhere near as much.4 stars for now I want to see if itâll help some regrowth happen. I know Iâm only 3 months postpartum and this is when hair loss starts but Iâve almost got a bald patch in front! Really hope these help it grow back

I love these vitamins Iâm 9 months post partum and still take these they help with energy levels and hair growth and nail growth and everything. They taste really good too and they are great quality! 10/10 they also help with milk supply

At first the seemed moldy
I tried eating more of them and I assume just a few tasted off. I can’t find my last review or I would have edited that one after further inspection. It was just the top few that had a peculiar flavor.
