Great desk chair!
Great chair for the price range! I purchased a couple other desk chairs prior that havenât held up that well but his one is really good. I am surprised because as you build it, it is obviously a cheaper chair but it holds up really well and is comfortable. I recommend it.

Ordered several! My go to office chair!
I have ordered this chair in multiple colors. Ordered one for work, and one for home. After coworkers saw it they all ordered them. Canât say enough about this chair. Itâs a great office chair at a great price. The wheels that come with it are nice, but I always like to switch to the roller blade wheels. I love the tilt feature and headrest. I also love that the arms tilt up. The yellow is a fun color!

Great overall, despite being a little narrow
This chair is great! I am not very handy so I loved how easy it was to assemble. The chair does lean back and both of the arms fold up simply. My only complaint is that with the arms down, the seat is a little narrow, but otherwise a good buy 🙂

Great price, attractive, and amazing warranty
I bought my chair about 10 months ago. I wanted something that fit my decor, had a comfortable seat, had a good price point, and was reasonably ergonomic as I use it about 4-8 hours daily. Also, I wasn’t too sure about buying sight unseen, but Amazon definitely had better prices and options than local stores. I’ve been absolutely thrilled with this chair.PROS- So pretty, modern, and streamlined! I bought the orchid, and it’s even better than the pictures. A very even pink/purple that actually complements the pink accents I have without everything being pink. Looks much more expensive than it is.- Great airflow. The open mesh back has been wonderful in summer. I have a fan next to my desk, and it blows air through the back, which is amazing.- Lots of ergonomic features for the price point. Head rest (moves up and down with some flex) and arm rests (not adjustable, but you can flip them up if they’re in the way). The back can be locked in place or rock with a flip of a lever under the chair. Somewhat adjustable lumbar support (moves up and down a bit), which I do find comfortable without additional padding. AND, the instructions say they can send you a shorter or longer gas lift cylinder and extra lumbar support. Kind of wild.- Wide seat. I like to sit in a figure 8, or with my legs on a footrest, and this chair is great for that.- Materials look and feel great. Everything smooth and functioning. Fabric is a tweed-like blend. Not plush, but not scratchy. (Orchid doesn’t have a matching seat cushion cover, but customer service has said they’ll send me a pink one for free.) Mesh is soft but supportive. Plastic smooth and rounded, no rough edges.- Price point. With sales / discounts, it’s impossible to find at a local store for that price with all the pros I’ve listed (and delivered to your door!).- Assembly. It wasn’t any harder to assemble than any other chair I’ve bought. You have to do a little hard pressure to get things in place, and took about 30 min. to assemble.- AMAZING customer service/WARRANTY. More details below.CONS- After months of daily use, I did notice the cushion gets a bit flatter.- The white cap screw covers on the arms keep falling off. I finally just stuck them in a drawer as they’re just aesthetic.- I was leaning back one night, and heard something crack. A screw had fallen out from the bottom of the chair, and the hole was stripped. I remembered the warranty and contacted customer service (attaching pictures of the issue). I received a reply within a day (time zone difference), with a confirmation that they were sending me a NEW CHAIR for free, which I received in a couple days. I am pretty sure even a chair purchased at a local store for twice as much won’t receive extremely fast customer service like that after 10 months of use, no hassle.I can’t recommend this vendor enough. It’s amazing to see such high-quality customer service matched with a great product at a very fair price point. Buy with confidence. 🙂

Very impressed!
Extremely impressed with packaging, instructions, quality of components, adjustability and appearance.I purchased the ivory white chair. Very impressed with packaging and assembly instruction booklet. My chair came with a removable seat cover. The seat cover was not covered in the instructions which causes me to think it might be specific to the white chair. I suggest if your chair comes with a cover, and you want to use it, put it on the seat before attaching the brackets. I put the brackets on first and realized the cover couldn’t be pulled over the sides and back so I ended up removing them completely, adding the cover and reattached the brackets. At this point seems it will be on permanently.The assembly process was as good as could be expected, but not as simple as it looks in the video. I have ample experience assembling furniture and even with helpful instructions it probably took a couple hours all together. The base goes together easily, but assembling the brackets seat and back took some time. If I were to do another one would be quicker. A second set of hands to hold the back and seat steady while installing the arms would also speed up the process. Do not screw down tight until all the bracket screws are in. It took me quite a bit of adjusting and several attempts to get everything to fit.The seat does go up really high so if you’re short like me and have trouble finding a high enough seat to sit ergonomically with arm placement to keyboard on a standard desk you will appreciate this chair.As much as I love the chair, I’m not sure I’d want to sit on it 9 hours a day. I can tell a difference between this chair and the one my company provided through our ergo program. I noticed the padding of the two chairs looks similar on the surface, but once I sat down, could feel this chair is less supportive in the seat. I’m guessing a lower density foam. It also feels a little wobbly. The base that attaches the seat to the post is small. The commercial chair has a hard plastic base.The work chair was also 4 times the price of this chair. For the price if you’re on a small budget, this is an amazing chair. I am using only a few hours per week at my personal desk so it’s working great for that application.Also, in case you’re wondering, it can be assembled without the head rest, however if you don’t add it, there will be two visible screw holes on the back. Initially my ponytail was hitting it, but raising it a bit solved that issue. The arms are permanently attached to the brackets that hold the seat and back together, so the only way to attach the back is to install the arms, but they do raise up easily. As for the back support, seems fine. I couldn’t figure out how it worked but fortunately it felt fine straight out of the box. I’m 5’3 and short waisted for reference.All in all I highly recommend for casual use.

This is the first time to buy a computer chair online. Being Asian, I was afraid the backrest and headrest may not be at right positions for my build. Thank goodness everything is better than expected. The color is beautiful, cheering up my room. Its seat is really comfortable and the backrest supports my back. I am thankful to all the useful reviews. Good value for money !

La silla está muy bien diseñada, los materiales se siente de buena calidad y no fue complicado ensamblarla siguiendo el instructivo. Anteriormente utilizaba una silla gamer que no estaba nada cómoda por lo que decidà comprar esta silla y fue una buena decisión, es mas cómoda, el soporte lumbar aunque no se puede ajustar la profundidad si se puede ajustar la altura y es bastante cómodo, los reposabrazos quedan a buena altura y que se puedan levantar es algo bueno, el respaldo de la cabeza es lo único que podrÃa mejorar, solamente se puede ajustar la altura pero al alinearse con la espalda queda algo lejos, de ahà en fuera todo bien con la silla, es una buena opción si pasas muchas horas sentado trabajando en escritorio.

Jan 8th, 2025:I was contacted right away by MIMO GLAD, and I must say, im very impress with their customer service. Very understanding and empathetic towards my situation… they resolve the issue by providing me with a great experience and a new model chair.With that being said, the first model chair I received wasn’t up to my standards as the price is very debatable for a less than mediocre material. Sitting on it for awhile causes some sort of soreness to your lower waist.The second chair is acceptable as it is more stable and comfortable than the first chair. Very easy to install, and easy to adjust. Sat for a reasonable amount of time, and i must say, i see some improvements.So the verdict is positive and i would recommend due to their impressive customer service, and the newest model is slightly better than the previous one. Comfort and stability, this chair is made for 8 hours work from home shift, but no more*ive tried many ergonomic/gaming chair and it really is up to your preference. But MIMO GLAD is a very decent chair which can top majority of these more expensive ergonomic chairs.-â——-â——————-Previous comments:As soon as I felt the material, I immediately understand that the quality is not all that great but who am I to judge without actually trying it first right?At first glance this chair is appealing due to numerous positive reviews, but now I am wondering if those reviews are commented by bots.It came with a damaged/scratched up armrest, my headrest looked so dirty, shouldve taken a pic before cleaning it. Some bags were sealed and some bags were just taped like shown in the picture. But it came with some michael jackson gloves that doesn’t have a grip so chances of dropping your chair parts are pretty common.These materials are very delicate/fragile. If you are not too careful, you will risk damaging the thread and breaking any plastic pieces, do not over tighten the screws or the wood & plastic panels will crack from inside, then that’s 200$ down the drain… thats how fragile this is. Oh and B screws are not black they are silver and does not look the same as the pictures.This chair is unfortunately not that comfortable. My office chair is more comfortable than this. I am always in the impression of about to fall of frontwards, and I am not too confident about leaning back at 160lbs. I’ve reassembled this chair and made any possible adjustment but the comfort is just not there.So in conclusion, this chair is not worth the price and it only has a positive side which is the esthetics. Other than that, I would suggest adding another 60$-80$ to get a more COMFORTABLE and DURABLE chair. I can say without a doubt that I am unhappy with this purchase and will not recommend!
