I can’t say enough good things about this office chair! After spending long hours working from home, I realized how badly I needed something more ergonomic â and this chair delivered in every way.Right out of the box, assembly was straightforward and took less than 30 minutes. Once set up, I was blown away by how comfortable and supportive it is. The cushioning is just right â soft enough for comfort but firm enough to provide proper support. Update: I want to give credit to the seller who reached out to me after seeing my review. They went above and beyond to make things right and showed a lot of confidence in their product. They sent me a new chair and I am happy to say that the chair is much better quality than the first one I got. It doesnât hurt my lower back and I donât hear wood creaking from the seat like I did with the first one. Great customer service.I feel bad giving one review, because I was so excited for this chair. I spent weeks searching for a good office chair and I finally settled on this one. I loved the delivery of it: it came with white gloves to use during setup and all of the tools needed. The instructions couldâve been broken down more, but for the most part they were easy to follow. The chair looks great, but, it is incredibly uncomfortable. My tailbone hurts at the end of the day after using this chair from 8-5. The pain actually starts after about an hour of use. The seat is completely flat and although itâs cushioned, you can feel the wood base through the cushion. Maybe I got a bad one, I donât know. But you can even hear the wood as you move around. It squeaks when I move side to side or lean back against the seat back. I am nowhere near the weight limit, so I know thatâs not the issue. All in all, I am quite disappointed after spending $119 on a chair that I researched for weeks. Unfortunately I cannot afford a new chair, so I guess Iâm stuck with this one.

Upon receipt of the chair, we did have to assemble the chair, once completed, we were amazed at how easy it was to complete. The chair is quite sturdy and so great on my back, the arms lift to allow me to get out easily on either side. It is worth the value and not too heavy for me to lift and move around. The height is perfect for a 5ft 5 inch person and my husband is taller and found it very comfortable and quite functional. The appearance is nice and clean and does not appear cheap. We are so happy as it is not bulky at all. So happy we purchased this chair!

Very nice chair for the money and good for an average to tall person.
This was a well priced chair and was fairly easy to put together. It has clear instructions. All the parts are separated into a little plastic blister pack thatâs clearly labeled.The arms go up and down so they can be out of the way, which is myAnd the height adjustment was very good even for a fairly short personMy only regret was that the seat was not a little bit better padded and it was a little bit too deep from back to front just for me. Iâm only 5â2â tall and so it didnât quite work for meBut the customer service took care of the refund immediately and I have only good things to say about them.

Great chair. I love it. Really better than I even anticipated – and I thought it would be very good. Very attractive in my office set up. Exceedingly easy to assemble. Very comfortable. The seat is comfortable yet firm. Very stable. Moves easily. Height is just as described. The chair reclines but is not foldable. And, the company provides a 5 year warranty and is very responsive via email. I registered my warranty and have received an immediate response. I really am glad I purchased this chair

Se siente de muy buena calidad, el material es cómodo, y te da una buena postura.A ver, no es una Herman Milles, y claramente el precio lo refleja, pero si estás buscando gastar lo menos posible en una silla ergonómica que realmente mejore tu experiencia en el escritorio, definitivamente recomendarÃa este modelo.Pros:- Buen precio- Comoda- Se siente duradera.- Se ve muy bien en mi estudio- Te regalan un cobertor para el asiento que esta bastante bien, aunque un poco apretado.- Rapida de armar.Cons:-Esto no es un un problema PARA MI, pero se que mucha gente tiene otras preferencias. El respaldo es muy firme, asi como los colchones de los descansa brazos. No se siente casi nada acolchonado. Para alguien como yo con escoliosis, esto es mucho mejor. Pero a mi novia le parecio demasiado dura.- No es tan dificil de armar, pero podrÃa ser más fácil. Les recomiendo muchisimo no apretar los tornillos que entran a los descansabrazos NI al asiento. Primero metanlos un poquito, y ya que estén todos adentro, aprietenlos poco a poco, o podrÃan forzar la silla.- Aunque se siente de calidad, tambien es cierto que no creo que sea una silla que te dure toda la vida, pero para los 2mil que pagué, me parece que la calidad va de acuerdo al precio, y probablemente me dure 4-5 años.
