How many ways can you say variety?
First and foremost, I am impressed by the variety that is included in this kit. Many colors are included for every category of item. There are at least 5 different sizes of pom poms. Pipe cleaners and pom poms both include metallic and plain options. Among the sequins and spangles are numerous shapes, sizes, and images, including some for random holidays. The googly eyes are of several sizes and colors. Some have eyelashes, and others have eye shadow!!! As you can tell, I am super excited about the eyes.CONSIDERATIONSSome of those sequins and spangles are tiny, and they hurt to step on if they get lodged vertically in carpet. Do yourself a favor by making sure your kid knows to sit at a table when using this art kit! The popsicle sticks are not the greatest quality. If you have a project that requires them to be straight and even, you will be disappointed. But they are cute and sufficient for an art kit in this price range â especially considering all of the other awesome stuff you get! In a similar vein, I will warn you that the googly eyes do not have adhesive backs. Youâll just have to ensure time for the dots of liquid glue to dry. I have not yet used the scissors or glue that were included because I already had both of those items, but I would not expect the little glue pens to go very far. Toss a bottle of white school glue into your cart as a back up!Also, there are 26 letters in the alphabet and you get just 30 numbers and letters combined. So be sure to consider that before you decide to encourage your kid to start making words with them. Really though, all of these considerations are about remembering what you are buying more than they are about the item itself. I had to really nitpick to come up with them!STORAGEI work with kids in a 1:1 setting and need to be super organized in a way that is easy to maintain with minimal time and effort involved. So I purchased little plastic cases for 4×6 photo storage to hold a small amount of each item as I travel between kids, and leave the rest of the supplies at home in the plastic baggies and zipper case that they came in.If I had ordered this for my organized child, the supplies would easily remain organized in the included carrying case. Storage space required for that case would be minimal.For my kid that has to dump everything out to sort through and find what they want, the included carrying case would beâ¦insufficient. If you have that kid, I would suggest planning for a different way to contain the contents of this art kit. Maybe the 4×6 photo case method that I use, or possibly a plastic tackle box so they just shove it all in and compress it with the lid.

Lots of fun materials and a convenient carrying pouch. My only complaint is it did not come with everything pictured. I particularly needed the Pom poms for some counting activities with my preschooler but there were none in the bag. They must have been out because they put some duplicate items in the bag to compensate.
