Use this for the whole family
10000% worth the price and works as promised. I use this for myself and two of my toddlers a 2 year old and 4 year old. My two year old would always have a horrible time every time she got sick which would be often and last a long time no matter if it was a simple cold or something stronger. Specially during school season where everyone is sick and oftenMy two year old rarely gets sick and when she does it last maybe 3 days to a week and is not severe. I was also on a liquid diet for several months and I usually come out with vitamin d deficiency or anemia without the diet and when I went for my checkups I was perfectly healthy with no deficiencies. I donât notice any difference in terms of appetite which I mention because some vitamins do make me hungrier, I donât notice a difference with my skin, hair or nails but do see a huge difference health wise in me and my children.I think the taste is a little too sweet but nothing I canât tolerate. For my children I mix it with their juice and they have no issues drinking it. Thereâs no medicine test at all.

Yes I take this every other day, and yes my hair is growing, and coming in thicker on my thin patch. I am going to do the hair growth one next. But I seen a difference in about 3 weeks of use.

The product was just slightly sticky when I opened it however the safety seal was still intact for the most part. I assume it mightâve happened in transit. It didnât appear tampered with so I still used it. Taste is fine, gives a nice boost of energy.Â

Easy on the stomach
Iâve always had issues with vitamins bothering my stomach but this does bot. I like the liquid for the fact that you can adjust your dose if you need to. It taste okay doesnât taste bad. I have no way of measuring whatâs itâs doing for me but I feel good taking it as my diet was limited due to health issues.
