Iâve noticed a definite improvement in my childrenâs eating habits when they take this in the morning. They tend to eat more than usual and are more likely to choose the healthier items on their plates.The only downside is that while my 3-year-old loves the taste, my 2-year-old doesnât. Itâs a bit of a struggle to get my younger one to take it consistently each day.
