Simple but interesting, for creative play.
I bought these colored wands for my toddler granddaughter in spring 2019, but I must admit that I found them delightful and could not resist buying them. I was thinking she would enjoy changing the colors in her surroundings, and mixing colors to make new ones. I also bought a small light table around the same time, with the intention of buying some colorful acrylic manipulative shapes, but so far have not remembered to bring out the light for her. We’ve had the color wands 2 years now and they’re still in perfect condition except for smudges, despite having landed unprotected in various bins around my house all this time. My granddaughter did play with the wands, but it’s her baby brother who really likes them now. He is 21 months old and, for his owns reasons, finds these very interesting. He is keen on moving materials from one place to another and back again, and that’s what I recently saw him do with these color wands. Mixing colors is fun for small kids, A good activity from toddler to school age. As stated on the product page, they each have a subtle texture on the rounded portion There’s a hole at the “handle” of each through which you can bind them together by various means, even a string, but the kids prefer to play with them individually.. Because they have survived 2 years in my house, I believe you can expect them to last a long time. The price has increased by about 35% over what I paid, but it’s worth the new price if you have a child who likes to experiment with shapes, colors and movement.. Also good for sorting and counting tasks, and learning color names. Recommended.

    Buy these for your grandchildren!
Regardless of age, these colored paddles are an affordable stocking stuffer that is educational and fun for kids and those who love them! So many ideas on how to use these! Pair with a color wheel and paints, and enjoy mixing primary colors to make exponential shades. Great idea for keeping in your bag to entertain!

Glad to see these paddles actually “mix” color when stacked!
I purchased cheaper ones at another store in hopes to demonstrate to my kid how colors combine and what not, but that was not happening since the colors on the cheap ones were not accurate nor did they “mix” at all. These however work great if you want to use them as a learning tool for your little ones! You can really show the colors mixing if you hold them over a white sheet of paper.

Really nifty gift for curious kids who love colors
My 5 year old son has been really into colors for at least a year now…rainbow is his FAVORITE ‘color’, and lately it’s been ‘what color do THESE colors make, what do THESE colors make?’So…the first thing I noticed when he opened them is that they are in no way connected…I think I expected a string or chain for the 18 paddles that spilled out onto the floor. I was going to use some ballchain to loop through them, then had a better idea. A while back I’d gotten a set of ‘no-tie’ laces for my son’s shoes, but I’d never ended up putting them on. Welp, I trimmed the elastic lace part, looped it through the adjuster, and used the crimping piece on the edge so he wouldn’t accidentally (or totally purposefully) pull the thing all the way off…and voila!! Highly recommended, should you have such a thing lying around for some reason hehe…otherwise I’m sure string would do just fine 🙂 That being said, the paddles are wicked cool! The color combos are so vividly perfect even I was a bit wowed. Now he can experiment all he wants :)On a completely unrelated note, if you DO have a little artist toddler, I highly recommend checking out the Crayola color bath tabs…it doesn’t matter how badly he doesn’t want to tubby, if we tell our son ‘you can pick your color water!’ he comes running…and no residue! (I have zero affiliation btw, I’m just a mom lol)

    Something Different
Got this to help teaching my grandchildren colors. Before I had the chance to pull them out of the basket they were discovered by my grandson. He is three but not talking very well yet (autism). He LOVED them and spent a lot of time flipping and feeling each one and holding up to his eyes with his grin looking around. He already knows his colors so this will help him to see how they blend. Sturdy and easy to clean. They are something new (to me) to add to your educational tools.

Bright and colourful but easily destroyed
My son loves these paddles to look through however they gets scratched and are easy to break. I wish there were made differently so one of each colour would be frosted, one clear etc as opposed to having all the same with one part frosted, one part clear and 3 colours of each different colours.

    Hours of colorful fun!
Bought these for my 3 year old who is very interested in how colors combine. They are great. Just the right size for her hands and she loves to play with them. She likes to look through them and combine the different colors to make them into new colors or lay them out on the table like a rainbow. She also loves to play with them in other ways, like using them as a hand held stop sign, laying them on the floor and putting little figures on them, and whatever else she can imagine. She has dropped them many times and they are still holding up really well. We got 3 each of 6 different colors (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, & purple). Good learning toy, well worth the purchase.

Ottimo prodotto.

No he encontrado otro artículo similar a este tan bien hecho y económico.
