I believe this has helped my fissure. It hasnât completely healed it but I think with consistent use it will. I like the fact how quickly it dissolves in the water. A pleasant smell to it as well. I would recommend it to anyone who is dealing with the pain of hemorrhoids or fissures. Use with consistent use plus any ointment or cream that you prefer.

Bought this for a sitz bath to alleviate pain. I was surprised at how small the bag was given the price. I was even more disappointed at how useless the product was.
