These are so amazing! I bought these after I had some hair thinning and brittle nails after botched acrylics. Nail growth top tier
My hair has always grown pretty fast and healthy. I was hoping these would help with thickness and shedding. I feel they do an okay job on that front but nail growth has been crazy. This photo is of my natural nails! Now there is a BIAB overlay just to add strength to my already long nail but other than that all natural. I have never been able to grow my natural nails this long without breakage, damage or just switching to acrylics. These have really helped in my nail growth more than my hair growth! They are a bit pricy but if you have an HSA these qualify so it wasnât really that bad of an expense. Taste is vitaminy but I donât really mind. Definitely will continue to purchase. This is about 5 months of use.

I purchased this vitamin because it seemed pretty complete. I like that you only have to take one, and the pills are a reasonable size. However these just make me sick to my stomach. I also havenât noticed any difference in the thickness of my nails or hair. Iâm going to go back to a different prenatal. Worth a try though.

Prenatal Vitamins with a purpose
I have been looking for the right prenatal vitamin supplement to take and felt like others were not working well. I used to take the hairtamin advanced formula until I got pregnant then I switched to hairtamin mom – it smells so bad, looks moldy (which I donât know if itâs mold or what), and it gave me a REALLY BAD stomachache all the 3 night that I took itSo I definitely do not recommend this
