No instructions which I didnât think I would need but as I was trying to unhook blade it broke on me where blade meets metal handle. Iâll try to use but not sure if it will hold up

I loved the idea of this crusher until I used it. There is so much garlic that sticks in the grater there is waste. Too much trouble to loosen it.Maybe they can figure out a way to clear the holes like the old fashioned garlic presses.
