Supports My Health and Feels Gentle on My Stomach
The Garden of Life Women’s Multi Vitamins have become a staple in my daily routine. They provide a good balance of essential vitamins and minerals tailored for women’s health. I especially appreciate the inclusion of probiotics and antioxidants. These vitamins are easy on my stomach, unlike some other brands I’ve tried. I feel more energetic and my skin looks healthier too. Definitely a quality product I trust!

    A MUST HAVE
I don’t know if this is TMI but I felt like this information would be helpful for someone really trying to know if these vitamins are good. Ever since I started taking these vitamins my menstrual cycle has been so regular and consistent. This is coming from someone who had a very irregular menstrual cycle her whole life. These are amazing and I love them and I have continued to take them for years now. The ingredients are amazing and I really love how this company uses biblical references for their ingredients. (They only used ingredients mentioned in the Bible). 100% recommend. 💛

    WOW!! Seriously, WOW!!
I have used several different types of daily multi vitamin over the years, everything from Centrum to Sam’s Club brand, to some of the more organic type of multi’s like Nature’s Way Alive! and Wholefoods brand.I’m 41. I can honestly say that these are the best daily multi I have ever used. here’s why:1. These do not upset my stomach at all. The Nature’s Way Alive! multi did upset my stomach. At first I thought it was my imagination as I kind of have a stomach of steel, but every time I took my daily, I would start feeling sick about 20 minutes to 1/2 hour later. This feeling would last an hour or 2, but after awhile it was enough to put me off taking them and eventually I tossed the rest of them. I was a little nervous when I ordered these because of this, but I am so happy to report that I have taken these on an empty stomach as well as a fullish stomach and have no issues at all.2. Oh the energy!!! I don’t know what is in these specifically that are making me feel so darn great, but I have been taking these for just over a week and my energy level is crazy high, and as an added bonus I have been in such a good mood (even though I had to spend the weekend doing my taxes which usually puts me in a foul mood). I will mention here that I do not have depression issues or anything like that. I am generally fairly even keeled and have a glass is half full outlook- most days anyway! As I mentioned above, I have taken many different brands of vitamins over the years and I can honestly say that I had never noticed a difference in my mood or energy levels with any other brand. If I forgot them for a day or a week, oh well. But this vitamin is actually different. I felt the difference the first day I took it and I was surprised because I was not expecting the energy and mood boost at all. For the first time in my life, I actually look forward to my morning multi. In the past, I have had vitamin B shots before and that is the closest way that I can describe the way these make me feel. It is like clarity and energy. My brain is not at all foggy, even before coffee and I have been finding myself sitting and tapping, or dancing across the room, or needing to clean, rake, walk, exercise, move my body. What I’ll say about that is that I am generally an indoor person, and although I don’t actually hate exercise, it’s not something I enjoy. Until this last week when I have so much energy that I have to move my body because I can’t stop myself. Will the trend continue? I hope so! Will let you know if it does or doesn’t in a couple months!3. I don’t pee yellow with these vitamins. Enough said, right?4. I have noticed less hair loss in the shower. I have a thyroid condition, and part of this annoyance is that my once very thick mane is now just normal, not thick. I shed a lot. I shed enough that my friends and family comment on my shedding. But the last week I have noticed that I am not shedding as much either in the shower or when I comb my hand through my hair.5. Just 1 pill a day, so this bottle lasts 2 1/2 months. What is that, about $9.64 a month? Yes, I am totally worth that!I know that these are not the least expensive vitamins on the market, and I hesitated to give them a try because I am a bargain hunter by nature, but I am so glad I did. After years of taking vitamins just because I should, it is so refreshing to feel like my body is responding so well to whatever nutrients it is getting from this little pill- obviously something I was missing before. I recommend these because I can actually feel the difference in my energy and my mood.

Multivitamin Miracle! Love This Daily Dose
I’ve been very happy with this multivitamin. The one a day formula is convenient and so easy. I love that it includes whole food nutrition and 24 raw fruits & veggies. It’s just what I was looking for in a daily supplement. Highly recommended!

This year, I set a goal to get healthier before hitting my 30s. I’ve seen tons of advice about how adding vitamins and supplements is key, especially since it’s tough to get everything we need from food alone, working a typical 9-5 job. So, I decided to go for a multivitamin to avoid juggling multiple pills.Taste and Smell: First off, these vitamins actually smell like they’ve got veggies in them. The packaging confirms they’re vegetarian-friendly, which is a plus for me. They taste pretty good too, which is a relief because some vitamins can be off-putting. Taking these makes me feel like I’m getting my daily dose of veggies, which boosts my motivation to stay healthy. I’ve tried gummy vitamins before, and while they were tasty, they felt too much like eating candy, which wasn’t what I was looking for.Ingredients: After a lot of research, this brand kept popping up as a top recommendation, and I can see why. It’s great for someone with thyroid issues like me because it doesn’t contain iodine, which my doctor advised me to avoid. Plus, the ingredient list impresses me – it covers 100% of the daily value for most vitamins, which is exactly what I needed. Super glad I grabbed two bottles of these.

The bottle was broken and there was smal pieces of glass inside…and it’s not allowing me to return.
