Fantastic Flange Inserts
Great product if you need to change your flange size due to your Medela pump having flanges that are too big. I got this to try out a few sizes because âthe girlsâ have changed so much postpartum- who knew! These are the inserts that have to be used in a flange that is larger sized like a 24. I figured out that the inserts donât work as well for me but thereâs a lot of trial and error in my breastfeeding journey.Anyways this is fantastic quality, a great price and the includes helpful things like a nipple measurement tool as well as a cleaning tool.Overall- Highly recommended if you want an insert for your flange and you need to figure out which one works best for you.

I like that it came with a nipple guide to help you figure out what size was best, I also thought for the price you got more size options, another plus is the sponge to clean. These have worked amazing in my wall pump flanges. They have been such a good investment

Sizing
The sizing is true to size. I would recommend for new moms trying to figure out their size. I did a four as my other kit has more size options in the boxes. Meaning if you are a 22 you that size is not included.

Pumping game changer!
Absolutely changed the way I was pumping! If I could have put one thing on my registry for personal items, I would have added this. The flanges made such a huge difference in the way I was pumping. All the flanges are super soft and fit right into the breast pump. I personally used the spectra 2 and had no issues with it. It comes with a convenient little brush to clean them after use. The sizer that comes with it as well is easy to use to know what is the right size for you. Each baggie is also labeled as well so thereâs no confusion which helped a lot and thereâs many different sizes.

10/10, I absolutely loved the silicone measuring tool to measure my nipple, I was pretty sure from last time that I was NOT a 24mm (most people aren’t, I think) and turns out I’m the 17mm! The flanges make it so easy to pump with ease and make sure you’re getting all of your milk out!!

Flanges are a bit flimsy once used and washed over time but it works. Okay for the price.

These certainly helped up the amount of milk extracted each pumping session. The flange size makes a difference to comfort too. My wife made plenty of use of the size that she found to be right for her. This set included every thing needed to correctly size.
