Great workout tracker/ planner
This is an affordable option for tracking workouts if you prefer pencil and paper like I do. It has several pages in the front for tracking progress and recording goals. It also has several blank calendar pages for the months, though I likely won’t use those as much. Finally, it has a pocket in the back, which is really convenient; I’m using it to store the workouts the personal trainer designed for me to reference.

perfect size as it can easily fit in my purse… I wish it was a little more beginner workout friendly. Love the colorful tabs and that it provides the month and week view to plan in more detail. There’s a fitness log but as a beginner you may be confused. It would be helpful if a sample routine or even a food log was available.
