Great chair, great customer service
First, I loved the look and features of this chair, especially for the price. Next, it was incredibly easy to assemble…I only looked at instructions to confirm. I did realize a quality control flaw while finishing assembly with the headrest. The âââââ especially goes to the company and Farini, the CSR who was a wonderful and effective communicator. I highly recommend purchasing this chair from this company.
I am disappointed, I tried hard to pay for something of good quality, I should have bought something half the price from a well-known brand, I do not recommend it, it has no strength, I will not return it because it is too much stress for me –

A shot in the Dark. Not recommended.
1st. Horrible customer service. DO NOT BUY! … or buy at your own risk, it’s your money.Let me begin with information, History.I purchased two of these chairs. 1st one in November of 2023. The 2nd of June of 2024.I purchased it for two separate locations where I live and worked.I am a tall, big guy around 300lbs at the present time.The chair I purchased first has issues.first the chair back leans too far back, not a true 90′ degrees. I dealt with it but bothered me over time.The main issue, the Base broke. A Bad weld on one of the five legs where the caster is mounted.So, at that time 11 months later after purchase, I contacted the vender and they turned me away, because I was using Top name brand Quility Casters that can hold 500 lbs instead of their cheap casters.Yup, No help. I did not even bring up the chair-back issue being the wrong angle.Whatever, It is cheap chair, I got what I paid for. It’s expected. I purchased my own HD Base to replace their crap.The Second chair;No issues yet, the back of the chair is at a true 90′ degree angle and no issues with the base yet.It’s doing it’s job for now after only a few months.The chairs are made sub-standard. All the parts are plastic, the armrest, everything.The style looks great… but the material is not good.It is not solid, there is movement is side to side movement, in all the parts.These chairs have a time limit.I purchased these for the price, and I have many chairs that I use like a wheelchair, because I am disabled, they help me throughout the house, because I can’t stand for extended periods.So, I keep different chairs in different rooms.I don’t Recommend buying these chairs.I will pay more for something better.

Life changing office chair. Itâs super comfy and is a good height. The one thing that bothers me is after a while the arms get loose but if you tighten them up again itâs fine

Great Value
The only short term problem is the connection of the headrest to the chair back. The bolts are too short and the design places all of the force onto those two short connections.THE chair in all is very good for the price and is comfortable.

Crooked!!!!
Chair sits very crooked. We have taken it apart multiple times and rebuilt and the chair is just crooked enough to be annoying. Unfortunately, I cannot return, but I wouldnât recommend this chair!Â
