Best Chair Ever
This chair is absolutely amazing. I literally canât stress it enough. My husband recently started an office job and already had posture issues before that. So we got him this chair for Fatherâs Day. After sitting all day his back would hurt, his butt would hurt, and he would get headaches. This chair has nearly solved these issues. I also had a chance to try it out and am in love! I feel like this is how humans are actually supposed to sit. I will be coming back for more! We like them so much that we are planning on making these our dining room chairs and will probably even replace all of our office chairs with these. There is no sacrifice in comfort, in fact, the posture correction practically happens for you!

Sensory needs met for our son on the spectrum
We bought this chair for our 14 year old son, who is on the autism spectrum. He enjoys rocking in stationary chairs and we wanted to find a chair that he could rock safely in. He uses the chair in different positions and he has received the input he has needed. The chair is structurally sound and we have not had any issues thus far. We are glad we went this route for him.

Good Product, Excellent Customer Service!
I decided to go with this kneeling chair because of the adjustability and the rocking feature. It had a lot of great reviews, so I gave it a try. The assembly was easy enough, but there was one slat piece that had the holes drilled on the wrong side with no way to flip the piece the other direction. It seems that quite a few people have run into this issue, but it is only cosmetic and doesn’t impact the performance at all. The company actually reached out to see how the chair was working out for me a couple days after I put it together. I told them about the slat and asked it it was possible for them to send me another one with the holes drilled correctly on it. Their service rep, Precious, ended up sending me another chair and told me to keep the original one as well. I did not expect that! Everything was drilled correctly on the second chair and I was happy with the outcome. Precious has been great to work with and she has been really responsive to messages. So, I would say that the customer service at this company is top notch! No complaints there! As for the quality of the chair itself, I would say that it’s good, but it could be much better. First, it does help out with back and hip pain by putting you in a better ergonomic position when compared to sitting in a regular chair. The adjustable seat and kneeling pads are really helpful for people of various builds and heights. One improvement that would absolutely make this chair much better for the majority of people would be to re-evaluate the seat and (especially) the knee/shin cushions. The cushioning either needs to be thicker by at least a half an inch or a higher density grade foam needs to be used. The seat cushion isn’t terrible, but the knee/shin cushion definitely needs to be altered. Let me be clear that I understand that it can take some time for your shins to get used to these types of chairs. I’ve used these types of chairs for long periods of time in the past with no pain or issues. However, my shins get pretty achy after using this chair for about 20 to 30 minutes. I am in great shape at 5′ 8″ 165 lbs. I also do martial arts and have well-conditioned shins. Regardless, the padding on this chair still causes shin pain after a short time. You can play around with the adjustments to make it more comfortable, but ultimately something will need to change with the padding for this chair in order to be used as an all-day chair for most. Another improvement that might make sense is to rethink the placement of the front slat (one closest to the kneeling pad). The problem is that it is possible to rock that front slat onto your toes, either pinching them or crushing them. That front slat should be moved at least 6 inches closer to the kneeling pad, which would move that slat more forward and upward instead of being so close to your toes on the ground. So, if both the slat position and chair cushioning were changed a bit, then this would probably get a 5 star rating from me. All in all, it’s still a good product, but it might not work for everyone for the long haul in its current state. The customer service is amazing though!

Above and Beyond… Both the Chair and the Company!
First, the chair itself. The chair is well-made and of high quality. I really like that the cushions are firm enough to be comfortable and not wear like an old mattress. I also really like that you can adjust the height and tip of the cushions. This is extremely helpful if you’re putting too much pressure on your shins and want to sit back more on your seat or vice versa.Now for the extras. I was expecting a big ole cardboard box to open and struggling with how to put the whole thing together. Instead, here’s what I got: the box was printed on the inside with a gingham check pattern. You might think this is no big deal, but I work in marketing and in printing. Adding that look to the inside of a box is an additional touch a company takes to show they care that you get a good experience. In addition to that, it was prestigiously packaged like a new MacBook or iPhone would be. It included additional unexpected branded gifts, including a beautiful notebook and pen set, decals, and a wooden phone stand. (Yes, please!)The service was also amazing! Inside the box, there were written instructions as well as a QR code to a video playlist of the video instructions and an additional video on how (and why you might want) to adjust the cushions. The company also reached out via message through Amazon PROACTIVELY to ask me if I received my package ok and sent me directions for assembly again, asking if I needed help.It’s been a long time since I’ve seen a company go above and beyond to ensure a great product and experience. Would most definitely recommend!

Solid build, attractive fabric – but cheap foam.
I give the manufacturer / designer / seller credit for a solid piece of furniture, with an attractive finish on architectural grade plywood (don’t think regular plywood – this is solid and good-looking) and nice fabric.HOWEVER – my knees and butt hit bottom on the cushions in less than a week’s one hour per day use. They spring back overnight, but the foam is cheap and not dense.I guess that’s the only quality of foam they could use to hit this price point. It’s a little surprising to me though that a few square feet of foam is all that expensive. I’d have thought they could charge five dollars more and use high density foam that is about five grades above what they used.Three stars captures my review. I have to purchase high density foam to fit the two cushions, and then find someone to sew covers on them, and then figure out a way to attach them to an the existing cushions in a way that won’t shift about.Is there a better kneeling chair out there? IDK. But there certainly could be! This one could be better, if manufacturer were interested in spending a few more pennies or in charging more.

Wanted this chair to work, but the holes weren’t aligned in the chair we received and had to return it. Didn’t think it was worth ordering a new one. Ended up sitting on a yoga ball and like that.
