I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of this necklace. I’m hesitant to buy jewelry on Amazon but this one exceeds all expectations. I bought this for my daughter for her 15th birthday. It’s just the right size. The package arrived on time and I don’t even know how to describe how it was packaged.I have never seen so much care and attention to detail in packaging. You can’t even call it packaging. It is more of a high class presentation. It comes in a beautiful box with cleaning instructions and supplies, a card to “present” the necklace in the box, the gift bag, tissue paper and little gift card to write on. Someone thought this through very carefully. I am very impressed.

I was impressed with the packaging: came with a little gift bag and tissue paper, also a chain saving bag, cloth to clean it and a nice message inside. My mom loved it! I wasn’t crazy about the chain, but she loved it so that’s all that matters. They will apparently size the chain for free.
