The necklaces I purchased are great quality and beautiful!They included little gift bags, tissue paper, a card and an envelope, all were so cute and helped me give this gift on the spot!I wrote my mom a note on the card and was so excited about giving her the gift I gave it to her early, and yes..she cried! Itâs not often you run across gifts like these!!! Cheap & Bad Customer Service. I purchased this for my daughters 12th Bday and just under 1 month, it had begun to tarnish. I missed the return window by just a couple of days and the vendor refused to refund or exchange. It is now 2 months, and the chain is totally tarnished and unwearable. My daughter was very disappointed and gave it back. Don’t buy it! Cheap!
