Updated Review, May 24, 2023:I am VERY impressed with this seller!Just a couple of days after submitting my original review (below), I received a message with a heartfelt apology for my experience and an offer of a replacement without needing to go through the hassle of a return! They even promised to expedite the delivery so that my mom could receive her gift, in its integrity, as quickly as possible.And that was a promise kept. It didn’t even take 48 hours from the notice that the order was in process for the replacement to arrive at my doorstep. Wholly intact, as it’s supposed to.The replacement mug is pristine and my mom is very happy, which in turn makes me very happy! Now she can use it the way it was intended.I cannot say this enough: THANK YOU to the people who made this happen. You helped me put a smile on her face.Original Review Begins Here:I bought this cup as a late Mother’s Day present for my mom, after other plans fell through. I am disabled, but I still wanted to do something a little fun for her, that might last for a while.I was pleased when I was notified it would arrive a few days ahead of schedule, because I was excited to get it to her! But then the delivery happened… the driver tossed the package toward my door, failing to get it all the way there, and I heard the metallic CLANG from inside my living room. I was horrified.Fast-forward a few hours to when Mom came home from work to open this up, and at first she was excited to use it. I asked her to look it over for signs of damage and she gave it a cursory glance and declared it fine, and immediately began to use it. She loved it! The cup is a beautiful shade of purple, and the message succeeded in lightening her mood. I felt relieved and glad I’d been able to do something for her, considering all she does for me between working full-time and being my unofficial caretaker.An hour or so later, she was sipping from her cup and looked down at it again – different lighting, different angle – and she noticed something she had not seen before. Massive cracking throughout the lid, effectively destroying any sealing effects it may have had. This is the kind of cracking that splinters and spreads, so over time it will get worse, and there’s no cleaning it.So the entire lid is now a hazard and this product has become a home-use only mug, when I had been hoping she could carry it with her if she wanted. This of course will also severely shorten the promise of insulation for the drinks inside, since it’s open at the top now.I attempted to reach out to Amazon to report this, but Amazon REFUSED to let me contact customer support.I had to answer a couple of yes-no questions and my options became only to return the product for refund or return the product for replacement. The entire point of this gift was to give something to my mom, not to cause her more work, so my mom decided it wasn’t worth the effort of driving out to a drop-off location. And I am left feeling as though I have once again failed to give her a simple gift. Just one nice thing.I spent $30 for a broken mug that will never once be usable for its full purpose, and Amazon doesn’t care.The mug itself is nice and might have been wonderful if not for the careless handling by the delivery driver, which is why I gave a few higher star ratings. If I could have communicated with customer service and found a way to handle this within my own limited means, I would have happily withheld my review until the problem was resolved.Word of advice: mark it as a gift, even if it’s coming to your own home and you have no intention of wrapping it up first. That might have helped me.

Holds hot & cold Liquids perfect. The message my Love says to me all the time and now it’s on my new favorite cup! I just can’t believe how loving this gift is and it is My Most Favorite Color! My Husband is the BEST! Easy to hand-wash, fits great for my hand and beautiful. I blush each time and my Hubby Gives me tons & tons MORE kisses when he fills my cup!
