Great Items, But Poor Shipping Experience
I ordered two items from the same seller, and while the products themselves are great, the shipping experience was frustrating. One item arrived on time, but the other has been delayed twice, and I am still waiting.The lack of communication from the seller has been disappointing. I received no clear updates or explanations for the delay, leaving me unsure of when (or if) my item will arrive.
